I can honestly say that the rest of these reviews are spot on in terms of describing caliber of service provided by Dylan and his employees! I had a hose bib freeze and crack over the winter months that led to a substantial amount of water leaking into a storage space in my basement. I reached out to several companies in the area for service quotes and Dylan was far and away the most responsive (and reasonably priced!) of what I collected. He worked with me to find a time to come out, was prompt, and very willing to answer any questions I had. He even commented on the tankless water heater I have installed - said it was a top of the line model and the person that did the install did a fantastic job. I think it speaks volumes about the dedication he has to the trade if he freely noticed and complimented the good work of a fellow professional. And that dedication showed in the final product he installed for me - Dylan and the employee he brought with him (Marc) wasted no time in installing a new, better hose bib and corrected some minor flaws in the current plumbing setup along the way. All told, they were on site for about an hour. The overall experience couldn't have been any better. If you're in need of plumbing services, definitely bump Turner Plumbing up to the top of the list of companies you contact. You'll be glad you did.

After calling around to several plumbers for a water heater issue, I couldn’t find anyone available for a Saturday job. While searching for a local plumber in DeKalb with weekend hours, I came across Turner Plumbing. Their five-star reviews and the fact that they’re a family-owned business caught my attention. I gave them a call and spoke with Dylan, who was incredibly helpful and willing to come out on a Saturday. They provided a clear arrival window, kept us updated via text, and even offered to come earlier than scheduled—huge plus! They ended up replacing our entire water heater system, completed the job efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and left no mess behind. The pricing was very reasonable, and their service was top-notch. When a minor issue came up afterward, they responded right away and resolved it without any hassle. Dylan was honest, professional, and clearly stands by his work. We’ll definitely be calling Turner Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We used Turner Plumbing 2 times when we upgraded from a bathtub enclosure to a walk-in shower. The first time was to increase the size of our bathtub drain piping from 1-1/2" to 2" to bring the plumbing up to code for a walk-in shower. The plumber had to work in a very confined space that would have made me claustrophobic. Even with the confined space he was able to do nice work and finished in good time. The second time we used Turner plumbing was to install the shower drain after our contractor installed the shower base. Both times we used Turner Plumbing, Dylan was our plumber. He showed up when promised, was very courteous, explained what he had to do, was very patient and answered the several questions I asked, and cleaned up before he left. Pricing was very fair. We highly recommend Turner Plumbing, and we will be using them again if we have additional plumbing issues or projects.

We recently purchased a home in Poplar Grove, and I wanted to upgrade the sump pump with a higher quality and redundant system. I contacted Turner Plumbing and made an appointment to meet Dylan. He arrived right on time, reviewed the situation then clearly explained various options to consider and provided a professional quote so I could make a decision. We set an installation date and once he again he arrived right on time. The installation was totally professional, and he left the area cleaner than it was before he started. I am 100% pleased with the service, the products that he recommended, and the quality of work Dylan provided. Turnier Plumbing and Dylan is definitely my go-to person for any other plumbing needs gets my Highest Recommendation!

My issue was the sump pump (laundry tray system) which was emptying onto the basement floor. I contacted Turner Plumbing Saturday before Easter, set an appointment for Monday afternoon. Dylan texted to let me know his ETA which I really appreciated. Long story short, he came out surveyed the problem Monday, gave me a cost and installed a new Sump Pump Tuesday afternoon! Dylan was respectful of my home, personable and efficient. I was not familiar with how the pump worked; he thoroughly explained how the system worked and graciously answered all my (many) questions . Dylan is my hero! I would highly recommend Turner Plumbing.

110% satisfied! Dylan is knowledgeable, timely, professional and clean. He absolutely blows the other plumbers I’ve used out of the water. Based on what I’ve paid for smaller jobs, I feel that Turner Plumbings pricing is fair and competitive. This is the only company I’ll call from now on. I originally reached out directly through Google and got a response almost immediately. From there, Dylan took over with phone calls and texts which was perfect. He delt with the city directly and coordinated with them for repairs on our mains and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had some concerns about how our toilet was functioning but I wasn't sure if there was something wrong (the water level was consistently low). So I called Turner Plumbing to check it out and provide a quote, but upon inspection/investigation, they found nothing wrong. Instead of trying to sell me on services I didn't need, they told me the truth and said "good day". They could have pulled the wool over my eyes, it would have been easy. But they didn't. This makes me think highly of this group and their trustworthiness, which is very important to me. I'd hire them for any future job.

I highly recommend Turner Plumbing!! So we had one of those months if you fix one thing something else breaks! Our local plumber had closed shop and we were worried we couldn't find someone as fast as as water was causing damage...Called got Dylan and hands down the best call we made!! What a kind professional hard worker 👏👏👏 He showed up this A.m. and got it done about 1p.m. replacing the hot water heater and saving us in the long run connecting a stray hose from the softener....plus he works great with the other contractors!! Thanks again Dylan we sure do appreciate it!!

Excellent Job! Dylan was able to come out same day, was super friendly and professional. He did an assessment, ran a few tests to be sure he got to the root of the problem and fixed it right up! Very fair on pricing and made sure to clean up the entire area before leaving. All-in-all, he took what was initially a stressful situation and made it into a, dare I say, fun interaction. Dylan is a very knowledgeable and personable young man. If everyone at Turner Plumbing does this great of a job, then they are a stellar company! Highly Recommend!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our water heater. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. The repair was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and in good working order. I really appreciated the honesty, clear communication, and quality of the work. Our water heater is now working perfectly again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing water heater service.

Turner Plumbing is awesome. They give an over-the-phone estimate after you send them pictures of the job. It’s so refreshing when you find companies that are honest and have integrity. Dylan, did an excellent job rebuilding the drain in our new home. He put in a laundry sink in the basement and a reverse osmosis filter under our kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and tidy the whole time he was in our home. Not to mention his prices are very reasonable. This is the plumber you want. 10/10 would recommend them.
