Service was excellent to replace hot water heater.

Not only are they great and knowledgeable plumbers, they are great and honest people. I 100% recommend Helton Plumbing for any and all jobs.

We are relatively new to the area and found ourselves in need of a plumber. I like to shop local and found Helton Plumbing had a lot of happy customers. Unfortunately we now live in a time of horrible customer service, however, Helton is the exception. They are extremely knowledgeable, polite, prompt, affordable and the finished job was done to perfection. I will not hesitate to use them again. Thank You Helton for supplying good old fashion customer service

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. I didn’t even make it past the receptionist before deciding to take my business elsewhere. She was rude, short with me, and acted like I was inconveniencing her just by calling.

We were in the process of having a bathroom remodeled, and just our luck, our water heater goes out. I was recommended to contact Helton Plumbing by our contractors. I spoke with the owner, Jeremy, who was very helpful in my time of panic. Jeremy was able to give me the information about upgrading to different types of water heaters: tankless, tanked and power vent. What I appreciated was the upfront tasks required to install each one, as well as the pros and cons of each unit. We ended up going with the Navian tankless water heater. I've included pictures of the before and after. Carey was my technician for the project. I cannot say enough about how magnificent Carey was. Answered all my questions, explained the process, gave me insight on the new product (including gas use, electrical use, rebate possibilities, etc). Additionally, Carey completed this entire task by himself, wasting no time to get the project going - it was an all day task. Carey even recommended a type of recirculation valve in the primary bathroom that will help to heat the primary bathroom faster (it is the furthest away from the water heater, so historically the shower took 60+ seconds to get hot). The recirculation valve and new water heater have the primary bathroom hot in under 10 seconds. It is sorcery. I am very pleased with the service. Words can't explain how much we are enjoying the new water heater and the constant hot water. Also, the floor space that it opened up is monumental too. I will say that to go from a tank to tankless, it is an investment. It is expensive to make the change. It is definitely worth it - high efficient appliance, lower gas bill and constant hot water. We have young children and always worried about those 'hot pockets' of water in a tank water heater burning one of our kids. The tankless is so consistent I wish our Chicago Bears would take note. Overall, couldn't be happier with how it turned out. If you are on the market for a new water heater, consider Helton Plumbing. They fixed my issue entirely in one day!

My house is over 50 years and has copper pipe. Another pipe sprung a leak and was dripping all over. Emergency plumbing is very expensive so I put a bucket to catch water and he came out in a matter of days. Knowing the age and condition, I asked him to replace all of the horizontal copper pipes with pvc instead of doing another patch job to avoid future problems. It looks great! Replumbing a house could be $5000/up, so I feel his price was fair. He also installed new outdoor faucet, checked sump pump and water heater to make sure everything was in working condition. I will use him in the future if I have a plumbing problem. Jan 2026 Another 5 star review for Helton Plumbing. This time I had to replace my water heater. Carey came out because I couldn’t get pilot light to stay lit. Got it up and running, but told me the control is probably going to fail again due to age. He went over repair options vs new heater. I decided not to spend money repairing a water heater that was 10 yrs old so now I have a new water heater. Well, here we go again. March 2026 I moved and the water heater in my new place sprung a leak. This time an emergency visit to save my new flooring was necessary. Had to go without hot water for a day, but a new tank was installed along with a few other plumbing requests. I have hot water now, the tank was installed correctly so I don’t have to worry about leaks ruining my floors. Thank you to Jeremy and Philip.

We have used Helton plumbing many times over the years for various issues (water heater and other pipe related problems) They always do an excellent job. Yesterday they replaced three toilets in our house. Their tech arrived on time and looked over our problems and gave me two options to solve it. One- to rebuild the toilet ( new parts) or two- to replace the entire fixture. We opted for replacement. He had to pick up the fixtures an hour away and then come back to begin. One man on his own and he removed and replaced all three units in three hours. After removing one of the toilets he found a broken flange that needed replacing. And he was equipped for that too. He removed the toilets and wrapped each one in plastic so nothing dropped on our floors. He arrived on time and did the job quickly and cleanly. He took the old toilets and all of the cartons and garbage left over from the install to dispose of. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Helton Plumbing staff responded so well to our emergency. We were kept informed every step of the way to the unexpected total failure of the sewer pipe. They were very aware of the situation and worked diligently to minimize unnecessary work. In the end, they not only fixed the sewer pipe but also additional requests we had for a safer home for a very senior citizen. I would not hesitate to ever trust them with any plumbing issue. They showed up when they said they would and worked until the project was complete. They always had a great disposition, no matter the unexpected ancient plumbing set up surprises. We had a great experience with Helton Plumbing! He replaced two hose bibs for us and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered any questions without rushing. The work itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Helton plumbing is fantastic! First call someone actually answered the phone, was pleasant, knowledgeable and set me up with an appointment later that same day. Thank you! Pooping in the woods has not been a fun experience! The tech who arrived, Carey, was incredible. He examined our pipes, then the septic clean outs and tank. After fishing a camera through the line, finding a blockage and ridding it clean I’m able to use our bathrooms again. Received an estimate for some future work which we will definitely have Helton complete. Fabulous company— quick responses, competitive pricing, competent work, friendly employees! I came home from vacation to a leaking pipe and puddle of water on the floor. Helton was able to come within a couple of hours. Carey immediately put my mind at ease. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to me with a photo. He gave me an estimate before he began the work. He had everything he needed to replace the cracked piece of pipe and worked efficiently and professionally. He was friendly and courteous. This was the second time I’ve used Helton and have been 100% satisfied. Julie who took my call was great also.

I've been looking for a dependable no-nonsense plumber for 6 years and have finally found one in Helton Plumbing. ABC Plumbing, Intelligent Service Plumbing and S and J Plumbing are horribly overpriced and trying to sell you something you don't need. I had a unique request to have hard and soft water ability to an outside spigot. Tech came out to review, recd a reasonable quote and was out a week later to complete. Very, very nice people to deal with to boot....

Found Jeremy on a web search and very grateful that I did. Had a nasty septic pipe shear running raw sewage into my back yard. Jeremy arrived punctually , took stock of the situation and provided a fair estimate for repairs. He arrived next day and was digging out in the mud for hours with a crew mate. Honest as the day is long, laid new pipe and fittings in the basement. Did a GREAT job cleaning up afterwards in the basement. He's a keeper. 👍
