We had a great experience with Joe from The plumbing pros. How was honest, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a couple of problems happening with our toilet system. But the biggest one was the giant root in our piping. Highly recommend this company and Joe as the plumber. Will definetely recommend and use the next time we have any plumbing work that needs to be done.

The Plumbing Brothers exceeded my expectations! Dusty came out ahead of schedule after texting me that he could swing by early. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do after I gave a brief explanation of the issue. This was a same-day visit, which I really appreciated. I sent Steve a screenshot of the sticker on the water heater with the serial information, and he was able to secure the needed part and complete the repair that same day. What a relief....cold showers are no fun! The Plumbing Brothers are now my go to company for all my water heater needs. I’ve used Bell Bros, Beutler, and Bonney, but none of them compare to The Plumbing Brothers’ work ethic, personable service, and, most importantly, their honesty. Highly recommended!

Joe and Dusty did an awesome job replacing our leaky water heater. They were very polite, professional, and did quality work quickly. Mr.Matt was a life saver ..We had a leaky toilet from base and being new home owners my wife and I were up to the challenge..We got the toilet at Home Depot and took the old one off just to realize the flange was broken and realized we weren't plumbers we were home owners with dollar tree tool...lol..We searched for contractor's online Facebook, Google and on Yelp we came across Citrus Heights Plumbing and Drain...We called and was able to make an appointment quickly and Matt owner and operator was out the very next day..We had quotes of possibly jackhammering to replacing the floor from other contractors we called which is all very costly..When Matt showed up he quicky looked over the the flange and said no we didn't need to make any drastic repairs. Next he was off to the hardware store..He came back with parts flange and a wax toilet ring..He had to use a sawzaw and other tools to remove the damaged flange and was also able to clean the pipe nicely..He then placed the wax ring on the flange set the new higher flow toilet on top set with screws. Next we asked if he could camera our clean out and he showed us on the screen there was no back up and pipes were clear..Matt even sent us the clean out video to our emails....We were in business no leaks flushed with great power and he even followed up the next day to make sure everything was good ..It wasn't good it was great..If you need an honest plumber who is educated and prompt look no further than Citrus Heights Plumbing and Drain..

You people knocked it out of the ballpark! First of all, communication was excellent from the initial call to the quote and the scheduling. They even updated me a day in advance of my appointment. The installer was Joe. He was very polite and professional and arrived on time. I had a kitchen faucet (supplied by me), garbage disposal and smart water shutoff valve installed. The plumbing under the kitchen sink was dated (1983) and I was given the option to replace it. I agreed to have it all replaced, including all the valves and fittings. Joe's craftsmanship was pristine! Everything now functions properly and worry free. Joe also installed a Moen smart water shutoff valve. After the installation, he walked me through every step, from installing the app, setup and operation. This gives me extra peace of mind in the event of a water leak or pipe breakage. The pricing was well worth the quality. For anyone looking for a great plumber, look no further. I highly recommend The Plumbing Pros.

Called in was able to speak with someone immediately and got on the schedule that worked for me. Dusty came out was a pleasure to work with. He had great communication from the beginning with letting me know he was available to arrive earlier. Once here, Dusty gave me his diagnosis of the problem and helped me understand that I could do a repair on a low quality product or they could install a new one and gave me different options on how to proceed. He was informative and helpful on my options, not salesy or try to upsell me on something I didn’t need , and I really respected that. Pricing was extremely reasonable for installation and removal of the toilets. Dusty was as respectful of my house making sure things were clean during and after installation, and installed the bidet from our previous toilet. Overall, very pleased with Dusty’s workmanship and the price of the services performed. I will definitely continue to use and refer this company to anyone who needs a plumber!

I was referred to Matt by my son-in-law. I met Matt a few hours after I called him. The only toilet in my mom's 64 year old home, overflowed and the tub backed up. By the time Matt arrived the water had been cleaned up from the floor and the tub backwash had subsided. Where the clean-out is there is a bridge. This means there was another pipe added to the existing one. A workshop, in the back of the house, was added in the 80s and a bathroom is also there. Matt used the snake to clean both directions. After that he used the camera, both directions. After he put his equipment away he came in the house and snaked the tub. We discussed possibilities down the road but nothing pressing now. It has been nearly 2 months and all is well. Fees charged were very fair and he is extremely neat and tidy. He cleaned up everything he did. I highly recommend him and his company.

A local plumbing supply recommended The Plumbing Pros when I inquired about purchasing a toilet to replace one in our home. I called Plumbing Pros and Steve answered the phone right away and within minutes he arranged delivery and installation of our new Toto UltraMax II toilet the very next morning. Dusty of The Plumbing Pros arrived promptly at 9AM as promised. He removed the old toilet, prepped and cleaned the area, and installed the new toilet perfectly, and hauled away the old one. He took extra care to protect the tile flooring, hooked up a new water line, shimmed and caulked the new toilet, and installed our bidet seat. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. It's nice to know I now have a local plumbing company that I feel I can trust to do good reliable work in the future. Thank you Steve and Dusty.

Plumbing Pros did a great job replacing my water heater. They were responsive. They were professional. Unfortunately this is an relatively expensive job. I called a few plumbers and everyone gave me a very similar range. Plumbing Pros was available that day and their pricing was competitive. I am glad they supplied and installed the Bradford White water heater (gas, 50 gallon) as I read some reviews that that was one of the best and most reliable brands. They have a 1 year warranty on their labor. I would definitely call them again. Their technician Bruce was professional, friendly, courteous, and did a good job. They did everything to code. They did some small things too like send me a headshot of Bruce before he arrived which is a good safety procedure. Thanks to Steve and to Bruce!

I did not receive service from the plumbing pros however, I was able to get a quote of text with some images, they responded very quickly and also gave me a price range for the work and was upfront and honest about the work that needed doing. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fit me in for what I needed asap as we had no water to the house and I have a young child and couldn’t wait so I had to find someone else. A different plumber wanted to charge me more than double what the Plumbing Pros quoted me. I was so grateful that I had a starting point from an honest company and they saved my skin and my wallet. I’m just so appreciative of the honesty and help I received. I will definitely keep their number handy for any future projects.

I had a clogged shower drain and called The Plumbing Pros. I spoke to Steve, the owner and he was professional, quoted me a price and set me up for an appointment the next day. Dusty B, was right on time the next morning. Greeted me with a smile and handshake. Dusty was so very respectful of my home, put down covers and wore booties while inside. He listened to my concerns and multiple times called me to look at what he was doing as I had questions. The level of professionalism, work and customer service from Dusty was exceptional. Steve and his team have a lifetime customer in me and I can’t wait to be able to tell friends, family and neighbors about this company that provides top notch work and values their customers.

We had a leaky toilet in our guest bathroom. Plumbing Pros was recommended by our neighbor so we gave them a call! Sooooo glad we did. An excellent experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Dusty came out the next day. What a nice young man. Very respectful and personable. He removed our toilet, moved it to our patio, covered it for us. He located the issue right away. We then had to call the guys who did our floors. Got our floor repaired and then called for Dusty again. He came out the next day, installed a new flange and reinstalled the toilet. Everything is perfect. He cleaned up and it’s looks like there was never a problem. We will not hesitate to call Plumbing Pros with our future plumbing needs.

We had a slow leak in the supply line to a water feature. I spoke with two landscaping services and two plumbers before hiring "The Plumbing Pros". When quoting the job Steve explained the work that would need to be done in terms I could understand (in contrast to some of the others I spoke with). The plumber (Joe) showed up on time, explained everything he was going to do, and how long it would take him to do it, providing images of what the finished work would look like. The work was completed within the timeframe noted, and with excellent results. Based on my experience, I would recommend "The Plumbing Pros" for any plumbing requirements.

My water heater stopped working a year and a half ago on Thanksgiving morning. Steve was one of the very few people that responded to my call. We were able to figure out how to get it working again without him coming out but we really appreciated that he even texted me back on a holiday! Fast forward to a year and a half later and our water heater needed to be replaced. Steve was very clear and concise with his estimate and availability. We were able to schedule for them to come out the next day. Dusty showed up on time and did a great job with the installation. We look forward to working with them again on future plumbing needs!
