Suresh and the entire team was very professional and the water heater installation was excellently done. I would highly recommend Plumbing Care.

We received same day, fast, and efficient service for a less than 1 year old water heater that needed the burner replaced. Oscar was professional and quick with the repair. We received a follow up email shortly after the repair which included photos and a video documenting the repairs.

I cannot recommend them enough. The heat exchange on my tankless water heater failed. The other four plumbers I spoke with wanted me to purchase a whole new unit. I was being quoted anywhere from $3000-$6000. That wasn’t the case when I finally spoke to Plumbing Care Inc. They informed me that the part was still under warranty and they would deal with the manufacturer directly. The only thing I had to pay for was the labor to install the new unit, which was still far cheaper than what any of the other plumbers quoted me (even when I was quoting the labor alone and buying the unit separately). They were out here within 36 hours to replace the unit. The installer was professional, friendly, and communicative. They will be my go to Plumber from this point forward.

Called in early November about a water heater replacement under warranty since this company is apparently the company the manufacturer works with in my area for this sort of issue. Technician came out, said they didn't have the part in stock, would have to order it, they'd get back to me when they had it. Waited until December, and having heard nothing, called them back. Was told that I had declined service. I found this strange since I had not talked to them. They called me back later that day to tell me that they didn't want to do the work since the manufacturer didn't pay them enough. I reiterated that the manufacturer had referred me to them and told me they would cover the labor, and the gentleman I spoke to said he would call the manufacturer to follow up. Waited a week, no contact, called back, was told the same story. So the one star review is for being part of some manufacturer program but not honoring that, and total lack of communication.

Tech was professional, did work as promised, but it was a simple water fill replacement value, took exactly 25mins to complete, part cost is 15$, amount charged was 250$. Absolutely unreasonable price. I requested for quotes from various near by well reviewed and licensed companies after the repair (should have done this first, my mistake!) none of the other 4 companies quoted more than 150$ for the exact same work. Since the work was done correctly and tech was professional, I called the company before posting the review to check if amount charged was a mistake and if there was a reason for that high price but i was told that it's not a mistake and tech followed company policy. I really wanted that to be a mistake but anyways my mistake should have done better research before. Won't be doing business with this company ever again and will not recommend to any. If you want to pay premium for some simple work, then it's okay.

YES, YES, AND YES!! To be clear, plumming issues intimate me, so I was focused! I was introduced to "Plumming Care" through crisis, by way of my Home Warrenty Plan. They sent a young but capable technician to assess my low hot water pressure situation. He was focused yet friendly and professional. To that end, my plan denied my claim at first but urns out it was a misunderstanding. Once the issues were resolved, Plumming Care sent Roberto & Pablo! They arrived on time, two trucks with all supplies needed and upbeat attitudes. They were young but so skilled in their trade. They were detailed which was great because covering the detail is important to me. I live in a well kept older home but any issues that arose through out the day, the team had a resolution! I'm the kind of homeowner who will ask questions and expect professional and patient answers; I got that! 🙂 I let the team work but also came out to watch them work to understand what was happening; they didn't seem bothered. The work took time but it was done well. They ran a tests, they cleaned up behind themselves and they checked in with me to ensure customer satisfaction! Thank you Hank (the boss) for answering my many questions and concerns and giving me your professional input before work began. I'm so glad I chose Plumming Care to install my new water heater. Now, I have a reliable plumming company to call when I need one.👌🏿 Plumming Care was a good choice. 🎯 MARCH 2026: I had a constant drip with the faucet near my water heater, it was very difficult for me to turn on and off. I put in a call because I was still under warranty; they came out the same week. My technician was on time, professional and completed a "better than before" repair. Now it's much easier for me to control my water. Thank you! He also made some suggestions for upgrading a few things for safety I'm considering. Thank you again Plumming Care. 🎯

This was the biggest, non-investigative fraudulent sales job I have ever experienced. We had a clogged sink drain on the second floor. The gentleman who came ran the water for a bit and then said said the clog was in the outside pipe. The only way to really clear it, he said, would be to bring in a machine for $1,800 --but that the real cause was probably that the pipe was collapsing and that would be about $7,000 to replace. He didn't use any probes, tools, snakes, wires or anything else to explore the blockage. I sent him on his way. The next day we spent some time with hot water and some dish soap and ran it down the sink and plunged it a few times and now it's all clear. Beware of this terrible outfit. Update: Plumbing Care responded to my review immediately wanting my name and address. I've uploaded one of the estimates for them, so they can investigate using the invoice number, but I prefer not to share PII on public reviews. Update 2: The vendor responded with a numbered rebuttal. It contains some inaccuracies. For instance the building is 2-story. Their reply should give you an idea of the kind of outfit they are. "Me thinks the lady doth protest too much!" I still stand by my original assessment: this outfit is high on sell, low on problem solving. Nearly one year after solving it ourself our drains are clear.

I called in a bit of a panic/emergency as I found a leak in the wall of my garage right around the fire suppression pipe, and quickly discovered the disconnect/shut off valve had failed. Pablo was dispatched within the hour and was able to help get the water shut off, isolate the leak rather quickly and help determine what needed to be done to fully repair the entire situation. He didn't have the parts on-hand (it was late in the day unfortunately for me), and though he tried his best, we did have to shut the water off for the night. The following morning though, he really hit the ground running! The entire leak/problem was solved, new shut off valves installed, and water service restored well before noon! I knew the cost was going to be a bit high, since the pipes were copper and we needed 2 full shut off valves replaced, but even with this the price for parts and labor was quite reasonable! I really appreciate the effort Pablo made, knowing that the odds were against him at the start without the proper parts, and with being transparent and honest with what was needed for the repairs. Very happy overall!

My water heater had stopped working and needed a part replaced. I'm very impressed with the service received from Dragan. Even during the phone call to setup the free estimate, they said a technician could be there in a 2 hour window only an hour from when I called. Dragan showed up right at the beginning of the 2 hour window. He noticed the water heater was still under warranty and asked if I had contacted the manufacturer yet to see what was covered (parts or labor or both). I hadn't called them yet so he ended up calling them for me on his phone and together we got me setup to have the parts covered by the warranty so I only had to pay for labor (this was due to being near the end of the warranty period and has nothing to do with Plumbing Care Inc). The few extra minutes it took to make the phone call made all the difference. He didn't have to do that. He genuinely wanted me to get the best deal and service. His care for the customer, willingness to help, expertise, quick and complete work, and friendliness made for a wonderful experience. As the kids say these days, "10/10, would recommend" :)

I was very happy with my experience with Plumbing Care Inc and the technician, Suresh, that handled our issue. Our tankless water heater failed on Monday morning and Suresh was able to make it out early that evening to assess the issue. Suresh was very thorough in assessing the issue and discussing options with me. Replacement of the water heater was the solution that I chose. Suresh returned the next day with a helper and had the new water heater installed within a few hours. We also discussed adding a recirculating line to our system so that we wouldn't have to wait so long (and waste water) getting hot water to our bathrooms and kitchen. Again, Suresh explained how the system would work and offered a modest discount since he would be on site to change out the water heater. I was very happy with the responsiveness, the service, the expertise and the fair pricing. I would recommend Plumbing Car Inc and Suresh!

Every interaction we've had with Plumbing Care has been a 10, and we've utilized their services at least 7 times over the years, both inside the house and exterior. Their upfront customer service is very good and we have always been able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Today Alvictor gave us a heads up before arriving on time and efficiently getting to the problem (cold shower needed a new cartridge) and solving it. He explained in terms we could understand what was needed. Whenever we asked questions he had answers, kept the work area clean and dry, and quickly got our hot showers going again. He explained the number correlations on our hot water heater and turned the setting back to normal. I had cranked it sky high to (ineffectively) squeeze out some hot shower water. He's a nice guy, extremely polite and we would have him back in a heartbeat for plumbing problems large or small.

I had their service for checking leaking problem under my fridge, and a guy called Victor came and advice me that the leaking is not from pipe but should be from my fridge, and he event help to enter my crawl space to check to make sure there is no leaking from pipe. cut the story short, at the end, he was about to leave without charging me on checking my leakage, and he checked my water pressure, and found it is too high, suggest that I should install new PRV to prevent water pipe might burst if pressure is too high. He did not really push me to change, but I think it makes sense to change since the house is a bit old. In short, he provided a great work on installing new PRV and value. Not sure if they offer the best price as I did not compare with others, but I am satisfied with their pro-service and attitude when working on my project.

I was hearing intermittent "bangs" coming from my A.O. Smith water heater that was installed nine years ago by a plumbing company that no longer exists. The technician's first words were, "Wow, this is an industrial-grade water heater, and overkill for an eight-hundred-square-foot house, with two bathrooms; with one occupant." Secondly, this expensive water heater is on its last legs. The technician showed me how to disable the unit and turn off the gas while I am away over the Christmas holiday. I received an estimate from Plumbing Care to install a new tankless water heater (for far less money than I paid in 2016 for my present water heater). I will have them install the tankless water heater upon my return in January. No charge for coming out and giving me this news. I'll update my review, when the new water heater is installed.

I wanted an automatic shutoff valve to install in my home in case of a water break/leak. I called plumbing' care and they said they install the Flo Moen. Made an appointment and Alex came out to install it. The next day I noticed that the Moen App wasn't updating the water usage and flow rate, so Moen couldn't learn what is a typical water flow in my house and usage is. I called Plumbing Care and Alex came out the same day! He called Moen, attempted to troubleshoot it but no luck. Moen then said that they will send a replacement part. They did, I received it and called Plumbing Care again to install it. Alex and Alexis came out the next day and installed it and all is working well!!! It came with a one year warranty and they honored the labor and parts!

We had water leaking in the living room ceiling from the upstairs bathroom and I called Plumbing care for service. They gave me a window of 2-4 pm on the same day. Keith and Mario showed up on time and went straight to work. Keith was spot on where to cut the ceiling to find the leak from the bathroom drain. Keith came back with Alan the next day with the supplies needed for the repair and finished the job as well as replacing the upstairs toilet. Keith is very knowledgeable and efficient, but most importantly, he is friendly and professional. Keith and his crew were fantastic and deserve recognition for their services. Plumbing care personnel and quality work are good indications of a well-managed company. I am now a loyal customer. .
