I absolutely loved the plumber who came out and snaked our tub. I cant remember his name but, He was so kind and generous. When your going through a stressful life situation its always nice, Just to have someone to talk it out with. Not only did he fix my tub he also offered alot of great ideas and helpful tips to prevent our situation from happening again. I really appreciated our conversation, and would highly recommended using this company in the future.
Doug was our technician and he was fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and did great work! He managed obstacles very well and explained them in thorough detail! He was super nice and very professional! We would definitely work with Doug again!!
Trayvon #1067 from Roto Rooter was sent out to our home for a plugged tub repair. Trayvon was super nice, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do to fix the problem and fixed our issue just as he explained. Trayvon worked neatly and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for any of your plumbing needs. If I need a Plumber in the future I will definitely call Roto Rooter and ask for Trayvon to be sent to my home again. Very kind young Man, thank you Trayvon.
Had them out last week to fix issue paid 1000 and not a week later it's doing same thing now they don't have anyone until tomorrow
if I could give them a 0, I would. Had them come out to snake our sewer. They convinced us we had a crack in the sewer and needed a section of it replaced right away. They put the sewer clean out up against our driveway, and didn't backfill properly. The driveway started sinking and Roto Rootet refused to take responsibility for the lousy job they did backfillin. They also wouldn't move the clean out although the park it clearly showed it a foot away from the driveway. NEVER AGAIN would I use this outfit and don't recommend them at all.
Roto-Rooter came out to fix a leaking valve handle on our spread faucet bathroom sink, and the visit ended with us replacing the entire faucet. In the end, that was absolutely the right decision. Jake was terrific from the word go. He came out to fix a leaking valve handle on our bathroom spread faucet, and we ended up replacing the entire faucet. It turned out to be the right call. He was pleasant, professional, and even went out of his way to get the new faucet from a warehouse across town so the job could be completed properly. While he was here, he also fixed a bathtub fixture that had developed a leak just that morning, which we really appreciated. Roto-Rooter may not be the cheapest option at first glance, but they do things the right way. That matters when it comes to plumbing. Having the job done correctly the first time can save a lot more time, frustration, and money down the road. Very happy with the service.
We called roto rooter because our toilet stopped working on a Sunday. They are a 24/7 service. They cut a 12in square hole in my bathroom wall behind the toilet to replace a pipe. That cost us 1,390$ What's that you say, it still doesn't work? If you really want it to work then that will be about 15,000$ ( including tax). Because we will have to excavate under your concrete front porch and replace another pipe about 4ft long. Now we won't be able to do anything about what we tear up because we don't do construction. But you should've figured that out when we put the toilet back in front of the hole and said " nobody will ever see that. " So we figured before they break ground we should get another estimate , or tell our son that college is for suckers. Turns out that if you find an honest plumber you can actually have it working 300$ later.
This is supposed to be a reputable company so my senior citizen friend was royally taken advantage of. You charged her over $10,000 and ripped her off two different professional plumbers came over and told her max cost should've been $4000 you charged her over $500 for a pipe that sells for $45. Don't even bother with any excuse. This is not how you treat people. And I told her to contact senior advocate and bbb and a lawyer. God never wanted us to treat each other like this. Hope no one screws your family members like this. On top of everything else they have yet to send in paperwork to her homeowners insurance, so she can't even get reimbursed. You really dropped the ball on this person. Hope you remedy this. If I could you would get -stars.
Reaching someone who is available is good. Reaching someone who 'knows their stuff'? Well that's the ticket these days. I felt confident with Bill working on our issues from the moment we shook hands. He kept me abreast of the progress and the estimated cost as we discovered, which one normally does, other issues that should be remedied while the issue called for is being resolved. The quality result was high confidence that the issues we had would not return with advice on how to avoid potential ones down the road. That's gold to me as a homeowner/ customer. Thank you Roto Rooter and bigger thanks to Bill3811 for great service. We always know that our home is in good hands when we call you.
The service tech, Bryan, was very courteous and professional. However, he charged me $467 to clear a simple bathroom vanity drain clog under the guise of entering me into a drawing to win a $400 prize. on top of that, since I am a renter, they would not guarantee the work. The thing is, I had already removed the vanity, exposing the plumbing, so all he had to do was run his snake into the pipe and remove the clog, which was nothing more than a hair clip lodged in the pipe, I assume from the previous tenant. Unfortunately it’s too late to report this fraud to the state attorney. Yeah, dummy me. Scammed and I didn’t stop it before it happened. BEWARE AND REPORT IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU!
When I called, the appointment was made and kept within a 90-minute time frame. The technician Trayvon was very courteous and professional. He looked at what needed to be done; explained everything in detail (so that I was clear on the situation) and went right to work. Trayvon ensured that the work was done and completed to my satisfaction! It's really nice when a repair is done right (in my opinion); but when you meet someone with positive energy and a good heart (like Trayvon), this goes a long way for your company's reputation. I am very satisfied! Thank you.
I will never call Roto Rooter again. Buyer beware. Whatever problem you may be facing, you'll be lied to and it's possible the company may actually intentionally cause more damage to your property in other to have anything to fix. As soon as you ask for an itemized estimate for whatever $5k-$15k repair they claim you need, all the vultures flying around your money, who initially said they could start service "same day" (their words) suddenly disappear and stop responding. Shameful.
So, Trayvon (technician) came out on a Sunday day before Memorial Day and he got the job done under 2 hours. They were willing to come to my house at 9pm at night on a Saturday. But I told them next morning will be ideal. Trayvon is amazing! He absolutely knows his stuff. Very polite and gave me priceless advice. The cost wasn't severe for the work he had to do. Thank Trayvon and and thank you Roto-Rooter.. You guys are fantastic!!! I will highly recommend their service.
I had Roto Rooter out today to check out my garbage disposal that stopped working. Jake (807) did a great job trying to fix my current disposal, but we determined I ultimately needed a new one. We got the new unit and, again, Jake did great work quickly swapping it out and getting it working. I was impressed with the quickness of completing the job and the knowledge Jake shared with me along the way. Thanks again for the work, Jake!
I had some work done in January and had a small leak on both my bathroom sinks. Got a great response from Roto in sending out a technician quickly and covering the cost under the original repair. Darryl quickly figured out what was wrong and tightened everything up and also did a double check to make sure the problem was fixed. He was very professional. I appreciated the quick service
