They gave me five star treatment. They were supposed to call before they came but they didn't! Shook me out of bed at 8:35 a.m! They were done in two and a half hours. Professional and very pleased with the work. They were courteous, friendly informative. Highly recommend them.

Sam Yeaman was wonderful from start to finish. He assessed the situation, explained everything, reached out to other ARS associates as needed. Within a few hours, all systems were "go" again. This was our 2nd experience with ARS and we would use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Our thanks to Sam and your entire crew for their courtesy, expertise and professionalism.

First guy advised he could snake it but no one could flush it because of the temperature. We were desperate as we couldn't use water without it backing up. First guy couldn't clear the clog so we had to have a crew come out to flush it. They made two trips in cold weather to make sure we could use water. What was advertised as $79 cost $1250. Workers were friendly.

Company offered $75 mainline clear out, technician claimed it wasn’t the mainline but the kitchen line and it would be $300. I was experiencing water backup on my floor drain whenever I washed clothes, which is 3ft of straight pipe from the kitchen line, technician preformed no equipment diagnostic besides running my water. My floor drain continued to overflow until the tech snaked the line well past the 3ft from the access point and said floor drain. The obstruction was clearly beyond the 3ft of pipe in between and was a mainline issue.

Tech was friendly but not that experienced. He kept telling me it was the best it could be, and if I left the facet in either the hot or cold all the position it wouldn't leak. I said not acceptable and then he fixed that part, but the handle is REALLY loose and I think it was not put back together properly. He said it was the best he could do. I had all the parts here, it was a Moen faucet and they guarantee for life, so they sent me all the replacement parts. I am not handy, so I called a "professional".

I’ve trusted ARS Rooter for over a decade, and most experiences have been excellent. This visit didn’t meet that standard—not because of the charge or the fix itself, but because of a communication gap that made an already frustrating situation worse. I called Saturday for help with a water heater pilot light. I was given a 12-4 pm window, got the text reminders, and waited. No one came, no one called. After 4 pm, I was rescheduled to Sunday 2-6 pm. On Sunday morning, Mark called to apologize for the missed appointments and promised someone would arrive first thing Monday. Marco showed up at 11 and had the pilot lit in five minutes—it turned out to be operator error on my part. Here’s what I learned: the $179 charge is understandable. I understand the value of knowledge and expertise. What I wish happened is this: when I first called, the scheduler could have said, “Any service call will be charged $179. Are you okay either way that?” I also hope that you can make sure your weekend schedulers are aware of what’s already been scheduled for the following day. I appreciated Mark’s follow-up call, and Marco was professional and personable—he even remembered installing my water heater five years ago. Those moments matter. I’m still here. I just hope next time, the weekend schedulers have a better understanding of how ARS’s scheduling works.

Horrible horrible horrible experience!!!! 100% dont recommend, my plumber that came out stole money from me!! Charged me extra then the actual bill!! Once he left i got emailed the bill from the company & it didnt add up he added on extra for himself!! & not only did he steal from me he ruined my bathroom floor on top of it, flooded underneath the tiles, left all my skirting off my home, stained my carpets when i asked if he could put on booties he stated he had none n proceeded to walk on my carpet anyways, they agreed to fix the problem n pay for the bathroom floor & the money their plumber stole & it has been months now & i still havnt seen a return!!!

Corey the estimator was prompt and courteous. Going through the Lowe's website they were there early the next business day when called. Alex our tech was informative on the job. And even looked and repaired another issue in the house. We felt the additional repairs were adequately priced and repaired on a timely manner. Alex took time to talk with my wife and daughters which excited them all as this normally isn't the case with technicians. Did I love the urgent hot water tank and toliet repairs no but ARS made the whole situation sting a bit less. Thank you too their amazing staff!!

This was an amazing experience.I had a flood in the house due to a leaky hot water tank. I had an immediate visit from Michael dicaro... Then, within a half an hour, this fabulous service tax showed up at my house named alexander unbelievable in. Out, done and cleaned up all with the most professional attitude. Very polite, extremely clean and nice work even found something else. Extra needed to complete the job to his own satisfaction which I purchased 2 days later. I would recommend this company and this service tech to anybody I know very pleasant experience extremely happy

Called ARS after another company kept pushing the appointment time. Dispatch said they could get someone out in 45min. The tech Marco arrived in 30. He took a look at the regulator on our main water line and showed us the issues and what the repair would be. The repair bill was more than fair and far less than what the other company would have been. He had the regulator and piping switched out and repaired in about 20min. Marco was awesome. Will definitely use ARS for any future needs

Great service from ARS.!!! After coming out initially to snake a clogged toilet, they also installed an above ground clean out as the underground one was collapsed. They arrived on time for the job done on the time they thought it would take. The only holdup was waiting for the city inspector to sign off on the job . They also made sure the roots were cleaned out of the sewer line from the house out to the street.

The initial service of cleaning out my plumbing issue was good. However, I have been waiting over a week for someone from Roto-Rooter to come back and finish the job that I paid for in December. There is a large drainage green tube and a pile of dirt in the front yard that needs to be taken care of. A worker came out to finish the job a few months ago but the ground was still frozen and nothing was done.

I’m so happy to have finally found an honest and professional plumbing company. Jace and Mike did an awesome job. They went above and beyond all while explaining to me the details of the repairs. The work was completed quick and done right the first time. I’ve already discussed future install projects with them. I will be recommending them to my family and friends for any future work.

Ken arrived promptly and got right to work after assessing what the problem was. He kept me informed throughout the process and worked diligently to solve it. He gave me tips to avoid a drain clog in the future and cleaned up before he left! Booking and payment was a smooth and simple process and I absolutely will use ARS/Rescue Rooter again if I have any more issues!

I work in property management and had two emergencies this week that needed after hours work done. ARS was able to fix an issue within 1 hour that another plumber spent 2 days on. And then came out today on a Sunday to fix the other so I am impressed with their dedication and knowledge and will only be using them from now on! TJ was the best also!
