“The women answering the phone on October 27 in the evening was so incredibly rude and annoyed by taking the simplest information, that I can only imagine how your service is. Even after I shared that I was visiting from out of town and the plumbing issue it at my mothers house while she's in the hospital. She made a very rough day worse. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human being.”
“The fairly new toilet (about 3 years old and was about $250) at my 86-year-old mother's and my house had been clogged and I kept flushing it until it cleared. The next day, there was a pool of water around the base. I cleaned up the water and flushed the toilet, and it created another pool of water. It just needed a new wax ring, so I cleaned up the water and mopped out the water from the inside of the tank, but …”
