Plumbing Express

TOTAL HOME RE-PLUMB. Our neighborhood has had so many homes experiencing water leaks (hundreds) that many of us have chosen to re-plumb before it happens. Based on my own experience speaking with four different plumbing companies, and speaking with several of our neighbors, I decided on Plumbing Express. They are knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to any questions along the way. Their price was fair and it’s one price for the whole job. You won’t have to find someone to repair and paint drywall. They have their own people or contractors to do that so your house looks perfect when they finish. I would highly recommend Plumbing Express to anyone needing to have their house re-plumbed. EDIT: Ed was the initial person I spoke to. His experience, knowledge and easygoing (non-salesman like) demeanor was greatly appreciated. Ivan was my point of contact for any questions and he was friendly and as I said, very responsive. He also installed a Moen smart valve in our home. Dylan plumbed the exterior of our home to the street while another crew did the interior re-plumbing. I’m very pleased with all of them.

Dylan did a great job fixing our Rinnai hybrid water heater. He didn’t try to do the typical “oh it’s over 5 years old you need a new one” that so many companies do. We really appreciated that! He did need to order parts, but they came in quickly and he was very efficient.

We had an excellent experience with Plumbing Express. They repiped my entire home and also handled all of the drywall repair and repainting afterward. When they were finished, it honestly looked like they had never been there—everything was spotless and perfectly restored. Ed Torres, the estimator, was wonderful to work with: extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in explaining the process. Ivan Del Campo was my office contact, and he was fantastic at keeping me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. The team of four plumbers who removed the old piping and completed the actual repipe did an outstanding job. They were professional, hardworking, and efficient, and it was clear they took pride in their work. They answered questions when needed and were respectful of my home throughout the entire process. Kenny and Waldy, did a great job on the painting and drywall. They took a house that looked like swiss cheese and now you'd never know! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. I highly recommend Plumbing Express to anyone needing major plumbing work done right. It's not fun money to spend, but if you're in need-these are the guys to call.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company. The tankless water heater descaling service is a SCAM! My water heater kept giving error code of blockage, and I had to reset it every other day. The tech Anthony recommended descaling. I was charged close to $900 for diagnosing the water heater and descaling it. It only took him 5 min to set up the descaling, the rest of the time was just waiting for the heater to flush itself. My water heater gave the same error code the same night. I called Plumbing Express again. Another tech came, he said he couldn’t find anything wrong, he said maybe due to strong wind. He just hit the reset button, which I knew to do it myself. I called Plumbing Express again. This time they didn’t come, and gave me $2,000 quote to repair the piping and all that. I debated for a long time between repairing and replacing the whole system (my system was only 5 years old). I decided to call another plumbing company for second opinion. They came and found the inlet water filter being extremely dirty and blocked. They cleaned it, and now my water heater is working like new again, and the new plumbing company charged me less than $100. Cleaning the filter was supposed to be part of the annual maintenance descaling that I paid Plumbing Express to do, which they obviously didn’t do and I paid $900 for. They even mis-diagnosed and wanted me to fix the whole plumbing system for $2-3k. It is insane! Another issue was during the first appointment of fixing my water heater, I also asked Anthony to look at my shower faucet because it didn’t control temperature very well. It was working fine besides the temperature part. He unassembled it to look inside. He said the cartridge needs to be replaced. He had to look for it and would call me back. Anthony put the shower faucet back. The same day when I used the shower, I turned the faucet and it fell off. It was very obvious that Anthony assembled it incorrectly. He came back and couldn’t put it back because the parts inside broke already. He said he would call me back about replacement quote. Never called me back. I had to call office multiple times. After that, they said the faucet is too old, there is no replacement part, I would have to replace my entire master shower system. Not only Plumbing Express didn’t fix my shower faucet, they completely broke it. They turned a simple problem into something they would cost me tens of thousands of dollars to fix. Now I’m still living with my faucet broken off and still trying to figure out a way to fix it without breaking my bank.

Our house is less than six years old, so a total house re-pipe was about the farthest thing from our minds. But a hot water PEX pipe failed under the slab in our bathroom in an area that would require the shower area and some of the bathroom to be destroyed in order to get to and fix the leak. Obviously not a good situation and in the final analysis, a total re-pipe of the house would cost less and then we wouldn't be wondering if/when another under-slab leak would occur. We end up selecting Plumbing Express to do our large job. They have a team that does nothing but repiping ... including the initial assessment, all the plumbing, and then all of the drywall repair. And they do the whole thing really well. Everyone (and I mean everyone) at Plumbing Express that we interacted with during this extensive project was great. Ty handled our first phone call and was helpful. Ed came to do the initial assessment and also helped later on in the process. He has extensive experience and has a great way of relating that background to your situation. Ivan was the project manger and he was always very responsive and helpful. Lucio (the lead plumber), Hose', Ben, and Rad were the four plumbers that did the plumbing work. They were experienced, respectful, pleasant, and clearly liked working together. Lucio even found a way to get repiped hot and cold water to our kitchen island without having to jackhammer the floor and slab. Kenny and his crew did the drywall repair (and there was a bunch of it to do) and painting. Ed and Ivan told us that after Kenny was done, we wouldn't know that the plumbers had even been here. We were very skeptical. Holes were everywhere in walls and ceilings. But Kenny and his crew did a fantastic job with all of the repairs and it all looks as good as before the project began. It is impressive how well they employed their skills. We had (and still have) a tankless water heater with a recirculating pump and system. Prior to the repipe, some of our outlets had hot water faster than afterward. That is a function of the fact that the piping under the slab could be more direct to areas than the repipe that had to go overhead and through the walls. To a certain degree, that is just the way it is. But Ed and Ivan went the extra mile to help mitigate that situation in one area by working with us on installing an under-sink small water heater in the kitchen. That helped tremendously for that area. Facing this major plumbing situation, especially in a relatively new house, obviously isn't fun in any way. But these guys made the whole process as seamless and pleasant as possible for us. They truly are professional, helpful, friendly, and skillful. Regardless of how old your house is, if you need to have a repiping job done, this is the team you want!

In my opinion, Plumbing Express is the premier company in Georgia for re-piping services. Unfortunately, my husband and I experienced two water leaks in our home over a period of 2-3 weeks. It wasn’t until the second service call that the technician we contacted from another company informed us that we had polybutylene piping in our home and that to prevent further leaks as well as to not risk further water damage in our home, we should replace all the poly pipes. We received a quote from the company that initially repaired the first two leaks. However, we would have had to hire someone else to repair and paint the dry wall damage that would occur during the re-piping installation. As I was researching on Google about poly pipes, I came across Plumbing Express! Thank God! I reviewed their website and saw that they offered one stop shopping. Meaning, their services included re-piping the entire house, dry wall, and painting services. This was ideal! I read their reviews and was pleased with their A+ BBB rating. I called Plumbing Express to request a free estimate and thankfully, Re-pipe Manager, Ivan came to our home the very same day and provided an estimate, educated us on their services, and provided us with a detail folder of their services, piping types, and additional educational piping information. What we loved the most was Plumbing Express would repair and paint the wall damage without us having to hire someone else to do that. The estimate we were given included everything. The financing option available was certainly helpful as this was an unexpected cost but a necessary cost. Plumbing Express did an incredible job! Their entire team was awesome, professional, and highly skilled. I cannot say enough about their Regional Manager, Ivan. His commitment to providing stellar customer service, astounding communication on the re-piping plan, what to expect, follow-up, and exemplary work ethics was very impressive. I must give a shout out to Roberto who with talented skills repaired the dry wall and painted the color to perfection. It’s impossible to know that our dry wall was every cut. We are so thankful that we selected Plumbing Express!

Plumbing Express and their re-piping team just finished a complete re-piping job at our home and we're really pleased. Ed Torres, their operations supervisor came promptly after we made a call to learn about the process and was super thorough. He gave us the confidence that our home wouldn't be "a really touch project" as another company had told us. The first plumbers on the job were Ben and Rhett who completed the re-piping in a day and 1/2, but hours-wise, more like 2 days as they worked hard the first day to get as much done as possible. They were polite, careful and helpful, as they took the time to answer questions I had along the way. The sheetrock patching came next, and again, much faster than we expected. This company clearly has high standards for their employees and customers are truly appreciated. Because we wanted to make a change to some older fixtures, we called their service team - this keeps the re-piping guys focused on their work and why everything runs smoothly. Ivan, the repiping operations manager gave us his cell number and was awesome at handling any little issue that came up. We'd definitely recommend Plumbing Express for repiping or any plumbing problem you may have!

Would definitely recommend a Plumbing Express! About a month ago, we had an issue with leaks and ended up needing a full home repipe. Ed was our first point of contact and was wonderful at explaining everything to us. He was very thorough and helpful, which made a stressful situation feel more manageable. Communication was consistent throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. A couple of days later, the work began and we met Jose and his team for the repipe. Everyone was great and worked diligently from early morning to late evening, completing everything in just one day. The next day, Kenny and his brother came in to handle the drywall, and they did an amazing job. With all the holes that had been made during the repiping, you truly couldn’t tell where anything had been opened up. This was a 2 day process. Ivan was also a pleasure to work with and helped us with any questions and payments along the way. Pricing was fair for the amount of work done, especially considering how quickly and efficiently everything was completed. Overall, this process was overwhelming for us, but the entire Plumbing Express team made it so much easier to get through.

I bought my home 32 years ago it was built using polybutylene pipe. I finally decided that I had been pressing my luck and had no problems so far. I did some research and found Plumbing express. About 2 weeks ago I called them and advised what I had. That same day Ed the manager came to my home and saw what all needed to be fixed and gave me an estimate. There was no pressure sale sales techniques just a simple this is what you need and this is what we do. The next day I called to get the job scheduled. Two days later 4 of the best workers I have ever encountered showed up. Tow started in the basement one on main level and one upstairs. By later that same day they had repiped my entire house which I found amazing. I did have some concerns as to how my sheet rock was going to look after it was repaired. The following day their employee Flaniel started his repairs he is amazing after 2 days of repairing and painting one could never never tell the difference. From start to finish Plumbing express did exactly what the claimed they could do. I would highly recommend them.

Reached out via text/email request (4/17/26). Tammy at Express Plumbing reached out to me with prompt response; spoke with her on last Friday,(4/17/26) regarding scheduling a technician to come out to provide us with an assessment for one of our clients, due to plumbing issues at his residence. We initially scheduled a time for the technician to come out to the residence but had to reschedule due to some issues. She was detailed responsive and she worked with me to reschedule the assessment on today which is Monday. I believe the window_time of arrival was 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The technician arrived promptly within the hour of 2:00 p.m, he assessed the issue and contacted me to let me know how much it would cost. I received an emailed estimate quote per my request and at that point approved the work to be done. Technician was done within the hour and we scheduled payment. This was a smooth transition from beginning to end. I appreciate Tammy working with us and as well as well as the professionalism from the technician and we will work with them again.

I would recommend Plumbing Express to anyone for repiping services. I got initial quotes from 4 different plumbers for replacing PB pipe, and Ed was by far the most knowledgable, informative, and personable that I interacted with. Price was also hard to beat, especially considering the drywall repair was included. The crews that came out to work were on-time and worked quickly. The drywall repair was seamless; as many others have said, it is impossible to know there were ever any holes in the walls. Throughout the entire process, Ivan stayed in contact and communicated proactively and clearly. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed promptly. The only complaint we had was that some of the workers didn’t clean up thoroughly after themselves and left behind debris/trash. One piece left was a metal piece from a pipe that could’ve damaged our lawnmower if it hadn’t been found. In general though, the work spaces were left clean. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of work done and customer service experience. These guys know what they’re doing.

Just purchased a home that had polybutylene pipes throughout. Searched online to find a company who specialized in repiping. Came across Plumbing Express. Read the reviews and comparison shopped as any good consumer should. Plumbing Express stood out above the rest by far. Blake provide information and proof to back his product. The installers arrived BEFORE their appointment, took excellent care of my home, and the drywall repair was perfection. I am extremely pleased with my choice. You can't go wrong with Plumbing Express. Update 3/20/26 I have found my forever plumber. I had Plumbing Express repipe my home a few years ago. I recently reached out; because, I thought I had a plumbing issue developing. Fortunately, I did not. The service technician Dylan was outstanding. He calmed my and my husband concerns and provided a plethora of information. I no longer have to worry about finding a good plumber. Dylan will be my go to plumber every time.

I would like to commend Daniel Edwards an excellent service and creative problem solving. I had a leak in the water pipe from the city to my house. Daniel was able to provide 24hr turn around on the repair but he knew how critical it was to have water in the house until then. He was able to by pass the main shut off valve and go through the outside hose faucet to ensure we had water until the rest of the team was able to finish the full job. Daniel and the team were able to complete the job as planned and finished the job by putting the dirt and mulch back that I had dug up. It was a fantastic job, we had water and our yard and flower beds looked untouched. Fantastic experience.

Dylan came out to troubleshoot an issue we’ve been having intermittently with getting lukewarm water from our hot water faucet. He examined our setup and explained his thought process behind his diagnosis. He quickly put in a fix and left his information in case what he put in didn’t fix things for us long term (as what we’ve been experiencing has been on and off). We’ve been using Plumbing Express for all our plumbing needs for three years now and couldn’t be happier with their service. Their technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and provide quality work.

I had engaged Plumbing Express for repiping my entire home as we had poly pipe material. It was absolutely a satisfying experience working with the repiping consultant or the crew whether it was the initial consultation or repiping itself or the dry wall repair after repiping. The entire work done was nothing short of excellence!! I am throughly pleased with the work done by them. The crew is extremely professional. Going forward, I will engage them for all my plumbing needs!!
