We had a great experience with this plumbing company! They came out to fix our garbage disposal, repair a leaking kitchen sink, and take care of a few other small issues around the house. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Caleb was our technician, and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything clearly, walked us through what needed to be done, and patiently answered all of our questions. It’s such a relief to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to make sure you understand the process. The work was completed thoroughly, and everything is running perfectly now. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience using Killeen plumbing. Cylis was wonderful. He called ahead, was prompt with a fair estimate and arrived on time to do the work as planned. He answered all my questions politely, put covers on his shoes when he came in the house and kept the work areas clean. The jobs were done very well and I am happy my neighbor recommended them. I will definitely call them again when I need any plumbing work done. I had new faucets put in in the basement and bathroom that also needed new pipes and shutoff valves.

I would not recommend these people, unless you want to overpay. Had a clog in drain from disposal debris. Tech came and spent 5.5 hours before eventually getting the simple clog fixed. He tried a variety of measures, all time consuming, then finally determined had to use the cleanup directly below in the basement. Once the job was completed, I was presented with an invoice for almost $600. When I mentioned that that seemed high for the nature of the job, the tech told me I should have called 2 other firms, which he named. I called their office, was told the owner would contact me, which, of course never happened.Duh.

Do not trust this company. They came to my house three times to fix the sump pump and each time they charged me anywhere from $300-$500. It ended up costing me nearly $1300 to fix it and they gave me attitude when I questioned their service after the second time they tried to fix my sump pump. They over charged me the last time by $140 and when I called the manager just hung up on me. Very unprofessional and no customer service. They will rip you off if you use them.

I just wanted to warn everyone what a terrible experince I just had with Killeen plumbing. They took advantage of my mom last week and left her house after 3 hours and 25 mintues saying they would be back on Monday to rip up her basement floor ( a service she did not need) They left without any progress being made on her clog...in fact after they left she couldn't flush her toilet or run her sink and her laundry room backed up. She tried to call the person on call Friday night starting at 8:30pm and called 3 times with no call back. Each time the call service answered she was told "they have your ticket". On monday she used a different company and the problem was fixed in about 2 hours with just repeated snaking and a camera. I called Tuesday asking to speak with an owner because I felt they should have never have left her house with a problem that serious and the other plumbing compnay was shocked they did. I never recieved a call back, I called yesterday they told me someone would call me back and acorrding to them they did and left a message but I never got a call. Today I called and was told the owners were not in but someone would call me back, and they did! I believe I talked to Quinn who promtly said "I'm on the phone what do you want" I said I think my mom derseves a refund, she paid you to do a job that wasn't done and I think you took advatage of her by telling her she needed services she didn't. He then told me as nasty as he could she would not be getting a refund and they did their job. I have never ever been talked to like that in my life., he was so rude and would not even listen to me, I am sad to say they came recommended but dont be fooled.

I may come back and up this to 5 stars soon, but as of now, it's not been long enough for me to really judge the quality of work just yet. (As in, will this problem that has been plaguing my condo come back or did they really completely fix it? I am suspicious due to past experiences with the previous plumber... but I digress.) That said though, even if the work turns out to not have been perfect, the service alone gets them 4 stars. Every interaction with every person from Killeen has been pleasant and friendly. They came when they said they would, they called to confirm before they arrived, and did exactly as I'd asked them to in calling me before actual work was done (I won't lie - I needed to make sure I could afford it!). The only thing that could have gone better was if they'd told me they'd do the work for free. And since that's probably never going to be a thing... I'm just as happy with them as I can be, having to pay someone to fix crappy pipes that I keep having to pay someone to fix. Their prices are in the same range as all the other plumbers I've worked with, and as I said, as of yet I can't definitively say much about the quality. But having dealt with a particularly nasty company for the last year or so, dealing with Killeen has been such a breath of fresh air, I would happily recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services in the area.

READ THIS!!!! Kim Killeen tried to bribe me. She told me in a recorded call I have that in exchange for my money back I would have to sign a legal document from their attorney and remove my review. Now she is replying to this as if she can justify bribery!!! They destroyed my home AND NOW I AM BEING THREATENED AND BRIBED BY THE OWNER KIM KILLEEN!!! As I shared earlier Kileen plumbing didtroyed my home, and pipes under my mobile home. They charged me $815.50 to unthaw my pipes. My pipes froze again. When I called them to come back they wanted $350 per 1/2 hour, then $350 for every hour after that. When I could not afford that I asked for a refund so I could hire someone else. All day they gave me the run around. Then a manager called and tried to bribe me by offering me $150 to remove my review. I refused. The owner Kim Killeen called and tried to bribe me again with a full refund in return I had to falsify a statement from her attorney and remove my review. Then and ONLY then would I get a full refund. They caused over $1,000 worth of damage to my home. They broke a 6" piece of pipe and then charged me $60 more to repair it They are horrible!! They do not care about the customer, they care about getting richer. They care about you people buying into them and then bribing you to remove a review.

Experiencing no hot water in the dead of winter, made me greatful I choose Killeen Plumbing Co. Right from the start of my installation 5 yrs ago for my hot water tank. Mike, the serviceman came with 30 yrs or more of experiance. Knowledgeable, detailed, explained everything for those inquiring minds that want to know and learn, He provided a great service to me getting my hot water tank back to having hot water. Mike, replaced the Bradford White pilot assembly. He also let me know that the parts may be covered under my 6 yr. Warranty. And yes, the parts fell under the warrantee. I was elated. I was not taken advantage of, and I would diffinatly recommend Killeen plumbing to anyone in need of their service. That's why I am sharing my experiance with a great company, and the people they employ. The person who answered the phone listened to me at 7:30am in the morning and my tank was repaired by 9:30-10:00am, the same day I called. I find that exceptional for the customer. I hope you will choose this company for any plumbing or water needs and repairs. Everyone was exceptional. I am greatful to know a good company with honest, knowledgable friendly people. They deserve being recognized and when I experiance something great, I like to share my knowledge with others. Super impressed.

Had Killeen Plumbing complete my lateral sewer separation that is required by the City of Avon Lake. The gentleman that came out to give an estimate was very personable and I could tell he has a good relationship with the city water department. About two weeks later, my project was underway and the project lead was the same man who gave the estimate, not a salesman. Bonus points. The crew came out about 8am and they were finished with the excavation, separation in the yard, installed a new sump pump and connected to the waste water line, lead new drains in the backyard for the sump pump, filled in the front yard again, and hauled excess dirt away by 2pm. The crew was professional, answered any questions I had and they were tidy. The actual work footprint in my yard is pretty minimal compared to some of my neighbors using other companies. My only constructive feedback for Killeen is to communicate a little better with the project start date & times, as I was told just about 5 days beforehand that the crew would start between 9-11am and they were there before 8am. In the long run, I went from very stressed to very pleased in just a few hours. Highly recommend Killeen for their professionalism and workmanship.

On Oct 29 2021 we calleed Kalleen Plumbing as our gutter drain was clogged. The sump pump also is tied into it. They were worried that with the up and coming rain It would come back up the tube & flood around our foundation. They made arangements to send a plumber (Peter) out on Saturday Oct 2 to clean the drain for the gutters & sump. Unfortunately the corrugated line was totally plugged & unable to be clean out. Peter temporarily dug out around the line to re-route the sump onto the grass so as to protect our foundation. He then provided alternate solutions & costs. We told him that we would get back to Kalleen on Monday with which route we will take. Peter was very courteous, kind & professional. WOW. He is an outstanding young man. We were lucky to find such an honest company to do business with. They are luck to have Peter working for them. He represents the company very well. We made our decision on Monday. They scheduled him & Dan out for Thurs. a.m. The job was completed in a shorter time than quoted. We are really really pleased. They left the job very clean. The work looks GREAT. We will definitely use them again in the future when the need arises.

I called them for my elderly parents as their basement kept getting water in it when it rained. Killeen told me the price up front and that they bring cameras to check all the pipes to assess the issue. They were very respectful and friendly with my parents and my dad who does not hear well. Since I was running as middle man they were patient and explained what they did on their first visit and gave a thorough assessment of the plan going forward and I was very happy with the quoted price for the services. I called to ask questions and they got right back with me and patiently answered my questions and acknowledged my concerns. Every single person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and patient. The men who did the work were hard working and friendly and explained what they were doing when I arrived to check on things. We had a couple other companies come out to quote but Killeen, by dar, was the most impressive. Very happy with the work done, they finished in the rain and my parents' basement was dry!

Ryan came out and removed our old cement laundry room sink and replaced with a Mustee wall mounted laundry sink. He update the faucet, and replaced two outdoor hose bibs. He finished the job in less than the time frame quoted and adjustments were made to our labor cost to reflect this. He was kind & courteous as was the estimator who came out to quote the job. This is an honest company, and they do the job right. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work! EDIT: We had a 1/2 bath installed in the basement, (project wrapped up today). Our plumber Josh was a life-saver. He forsaw things that allowed me to make corrections to the project before it became an issue, such as reducing the vanity size (THANK YOU). He was very communicative, always giving clear expectations of what was being done and what to expect next throughout the process. His friendly demeanor, and wealth of knowledge made me feel very comfortable in a world of plumbing /construction I know nothing about. We have gone with this team now a few times over the past 2-3 years! Tried going with others previously, but they were seemingly too "corporate" to deal with. The scheduling is easy and flexible. They even answer on FB messenger!!!! They arrive at the times promised and they call before they arrive. Our plumbing tech that has been to our house now a couple times remembers what system we have and was able to nail down issues we had. Also, routine pressure valve change and tankless water heating system maintenance was without issue. Price point was very good, and they gave advice on issues we had (whistling from the replaceable tub down spouts) with Moen fixtures. Gave us a number to text pic of or fixture and customer service would answer with replacement parts. They also seemed flexible on price for an issue that required a second visit which gave a decent discount! Highly recommend, it seems they do care about continuity of your service by sending out the same technician and are very customer interactive with FB messenger and by phone.
