Arya was amazing! He explained every step of replacing the wax ring my toilet needed. Extremely friendly. Actually the friendliest repair man I’ve ever encountered. I’d give him a 10 ⭐️ review if I had that option. My toilet is like new! He cleaned up everything with each step of the repair. I will definitely be calling and requesting his assistance again. Tim Kowalski was extremely professional and knowledgeable, I've tried many plumber companies who always seemed to try to get a extra buck out of me but this place was different, he told me the price before any work was done and got it done in a professional, quick and cheap manner , I will be going to plumbing 911 for any issues i have in the future !

We were having problems with our main water line and shutoff valve so we needed a plumber. We saw some magnets attached to the new phone book they delivered that had Plumbing 911 on it so we checked it out and liked what we read so we gave them a try. Setup an appointment. Employee came out and let us know the problems, options and prices. I forget the name of the first guy to come out and give us an estimate. He was very nice and friendly. So we went with Plumbing 911 to do the job. The Plumber, Arya Manouchehri, showed up on the time we setup. He was very professional and friendly. He did the job we needed with out any problems. We were more than satisfied with the job he did. If all the employees from Plumbing 911 are like Arya we will be repeat customers. Thanks again Plumbing 911.

Have some partially frozen PEX pipe and gave plumbing 911 a call, they sent rob out. As he was nice and respectful. I was charged 326 for pipe thawing service and all I received was tiny holes in my dry wall and an explanation of a space heater by the pipe facing the wall. No machine was used to thaw my pipes nor did he attempt to even try to thaw them unless it was with my own space heater. He stated “ he hates the leave defeated”. As a plumber you would think you’d try everything especially when the customer tells you to do what you need to do to get the pipe thawed. When making the appointment they sured me that it’ll be resolved and was not.

It was easy to get an appointment scheduled. The plumber communicated with me well and made sure he understood my situation and needs. Then he made sure I understood what he was going to do and what would be the final cost so I could approve it. The work was done well and in good time. The cost was reasonable. We have used Plumbing 911 several times and have always been happy with the results.
