Other directories bury these. We think you should read them before you call. Every concern below comes from the reviews it cites.
Red flag
Severe pricing discrepancy: customer charged $2,000 for 1-hour burst pipe repair during emergency; same customer's follow-up hot water pipe repair by Roto-Rooter took 4 hours (including fixing DrainGo's damage) and cost only $650. Customer explicitly states DrainGo 'took total advantage' of their emergency situation.

Thomas arrived on time and repaired our water heater quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We truly appreciate the prompt service and would highly recommend them!””
“The technician Collier was very patient and understanding. He responded so politely and explained each process to me. The young ladies I spoke with when I was having problems logging in walked me through the process. Each person I spoke with was very helpful and patient with me.”
