They replaced my water heater with a tankless one, and shortly after that they replaced my AC system. The AC system did not pass inspection since the installer tried to take a dangerous short cut. We were not happy to hear that news from the city inspector as getting the right part was not difficult. …”
“I have no personal experience with this company for their services; however I can tell you that I have been trying to remedy a child support issue since September 2012 with no luck. In September 2012 A Better Deal Plumbing presented an Insufficient Funds Check to the Texas Attorney Generals office. “In the interest of fairness I think a review of where service did not go so well is in order. I used A Better Deal in 2011 and stopped using them in 2013. My air conditioning system was not cooling properly. Mike who supposedly had experience on a Lennox system performed all the routine service up to when the compressor on the condensing unit was changed. Mike came in April 2011 and added Freon. “Jonathan was the service technician sent by Berkeys Plumbing and he was very professional . He did a great job locating the leak issue with my out back water faucet and completed the total rebuild and repair with in an hour.
