Rich was personable, informative and polite. Explaining everything as it was done and the reasoning behind it. Rich was very knowledgeable and took time to instruct his apprentice as he worked. Luke was eager to learn and Rich did his job, teaching Luke as he did. They were both quite respectful of our home and wore protective shoe covers.

Pete E. was fabulous! He’s well qualified and has lots of experience to know exactly what to do. He also came prepared with parts already on his truck. Besides all that—he’s nice! Described everything so we could understand. We’ll be asking for him if we ever have another plumbing problem! 👍🏻

Garrett came over to put a new well pump in. The experience was amazing. He was so good at explaining everything to us and even found another issue that the pressure tank wasn’t holding air which was replaced by previous owner and is covered under warranty. They went above and beyond and notice a few other things that need repair which is cool they look at the overall system not just the individual part. Thank you Garrett and team Austin. Fantastic experience! They did electrical diagnostic work to help cut off the electricity for demolition and help plan for the future installation of the updated electrical in the basement. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and the technician spent a lot of time speaking with me answering questions I had about the project and providing confidence where I was previously nervous about the setup. Overall great experience from start to finish!
