Universal Plumbing and Sewer

We highly recommend Universal. Our under mount sink sagged after removing our original faucet. It was clear the original install was done improperly. Universal was the only company that would complete ALL necessary repairs. We have a 7 yr old Toll built condo and have had our share of trades come in (unfortunately) with mixed results. Universal, by far, provided the best service start to finish. On the phone and in person, they were exceptional. Damien was our tech and he was professional, friendly and thorough. All work was done as promised and on time. We cannot say enough good about this company.

Mr. Chris did an excellent job repairing my water tubing line. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the work in a timely manner. He also cleaned up thoroughly after the job, which I greatly appreciated. In addition, he conducted a detailed inspection of my home and clearly explained which repairs needed immediate attention and the potential consequences of delaying them. His professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend Mr. Chris for any plumbing or repair work.

Had a nightmare waste pipe clog in 2 upper units of a 4-unit rental that had to be fixed immediately. We rented a snake but no luck clearing it. Called Universal and said we need your best snake guy for a difficult clog. They sent Jeff who was polite, hard working, and very knowledgeable and was able to clear the clog in about a half hour. He had to use a cutting head on the snake to get through the flushable wipes clog but it eventually cleared. And though I wasn't expecting it, he even brought in some spray cleaner and towel and cleaned the floor and walls from the mess the snake made. I can't say enough good things about Jeff. I was very stressed out over this situation as it was the weekend and my tenants were upset they could not use their water or toilets. Jeff not only did a great job he reduced my stress by joking around about some of the unusual plumbing issues we both experienced over the years. I own several rentals and have called many plumbers and Jeff is my favorite. And this was his last stop of the day and I imagine he was quite tired. The task of replacing the old sewer line in the house was immense! That said, we were pleased with the work and speed that it was accomplished. All workers were courteous and considerate.
