Malcolm is an exceptional individual. He has a thorough knowledge of the Plumbing business from the simplest drain repair to the major drain lines from the house to the street. He is a trustworthy individual. He’s polite and will constantly keep you in the loop as to what time he will arrive and exactly what he’s going to do from the moment you meet Malcolm you will breathe a sigh of relief because you know that you are in good hands and whatever it is that you need will be taken care of. Accurately professionally Economically. Malcolm is a shining example of all the people at Edwards Plumbing. I could not possibly consider another Plumbing company for any repairs in the future except Malcolm and Edwards Plumbing.

I’ve used Edwards numerous times, and always have a good experience. Today Brendan completed an install of waterlines to my new fridge and addressed a leak I wasn’t aware existed! Took the time to knock both out in one call. Not only recommend Edwards, but Brendan was courteous, knowledgeable and walked me through where the new shutoff valves were and solution for the leak. 10/10 recommend him!

I recently had Edwards Plumbing complete a major trenching and drainage project at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. This wasn’t a small or simple job—it involved extensive digging, precise pipe placement, and careful grading—and the team handled it with a high level of professionalism from start to finish. A special shoutout to Ken, whose dedication and attention to detail really stood out. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, not just quickly. From ensuring proper pipe alignment and slope to maintaining a clean and organized work area despite the scale of the excavation, his craftsmanship and pride in the work were clear every step of the way. The entire Edwards Plumbing staff was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They communicated well, showed up ready to work, and treated my property with care throughout the process. Of course, no project is ever absolutely perfect—there were a few moments where scheduling required some flexibility—but that’s part of working with real people who are balancing multiple jobs and responsibilities. The important thing is that the team stayed committed and delivered quality results in the end. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that values precision, hard work, and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Edwards Plumbing. Their experience and dedication truly show in the finished product.

I hired Edwards Plumbing & Heating in 2021 to replace my sewer line from my house to the sidewalk. I was invoiced and paid $9,800 for this work, with the understanding that the full run to the sidewalk had been replaced. Edwards Plumbing excavated to the sidewalk during the 2021 work and replaced the sidewalk afterward, which reinforced the understanding that the sewer line replacement extended to that point. In November 2025, a new blockage occurred. During excavation by a different contractor, it was discovered that Edwards Plumbing had stopped the replacement several feet short of the sidewalk, leaving a section of the original clay pipe in place. This required a second excavation, resulted in unnecessary municipal tree and canopy removal fees, and significantly increased the cost of the repair. Because the work was believed to extend to the sidewalk, excavation initially began in the wrong location, which caused avoidable damage and expense. Had the original work been completed as represented, these additional costs would not have been incurred. The images attached include one photograph showing the termination point of the PVC sewer line several feet short of the sidewalk, and one copy of the invoice describing the scope of work as extending to the sidewalk. I documented this issue with photographic and video evidence and made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter privately, including a detailed written demand sent by email and certified mail. Edwards Plumbing & Heating did not respond. I am sharing my experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision and verify exactly what work is performed and where it ends.

Nathan was an absolute Rockstar. He fixed my kitchen sink in no time. He was polite and told me everything that was happening. Gave me tips for keeping it clear. He had been to my house before for another issue and was great then too. Highly recommend this company and if Nathen shows up. You got lucky. Hes very good.
