The Neighborhood Plumber Inc has such amazing customer service. Preston was prompt, professional, and very thorough with his inspection. He made sure I understood everything he did and what still needed to be done. I so appreciate the customer service and attention to detail! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!
October 30th they came and unclogged my drain from the kitchen out to the sewer. It started clogging again the last week of January. I called on February 1st to ask for help. The owner said they had a 90 day warranty, and that he would honor it even though I was a day, or two past it. They sent Malcom out right away, and he fixed it at no charge. It was worth the initial expense to a company that backs their word! Great folks! I’ll use them again, and they have my highest recommendation!
Excellent company and customer service! I had a leak behind bathroom wall! Preston was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the issue. The price was very reasonableI and I will continue being a valued customer!
