I have been doing business with this company both for my personal needs but also for my rental home company. I have likely spent over 100k with them over the past 10 years on many many many projects and repairs. The staff is the best and feel like family at this point. I have had a number of Insurance related issues and they have worked with me to manage payments while I waited for Insurance Checks. I highly recommend them for all of your Plumbing and HVAC Issues. Adam Bernd in the New Albany office is amazing as well as Zack and Brantly who does a lot of my work. I wish I could give them 10 Stars... I marked the price as reasonable because you get what you pay for. I have used cheaper companies but the work was not even close to what they have done for me... Keep up the amazing work.

They came out to give me a second opinion on a furnace problem at no cost. Told me what was actually wrong which didn't really matter because the system needed to be replaced anyway. Gave me a good price on a replacement unit and can install it same day. I'm a happy camper

A large HVAC install team and 3 trucks arrived on time in 15° temps and quickly came up with a plan to move the outside condenser around a corner and route new lines and power to shorten the runs. The installers were professional and knowledgeable, I am happy with the 1 day install. Although, the fancy new thermostat requires another visit, so we're on AUX heat for 2 days$$

Too expensive. We paid $1220 for a kitchen facet replacement ( Note: We supplied facet and supplies except for one waterline ) and a repair / replacement of stem in shower on off handle ( Inwhich they did supply new shower stem.... shouldn't have been costly) ....Understand $89 service call. We PAID this too... x's 2 related to our initial facet not fitting correctly. Which was our fault but in all these 2 smaller jobs shouldn't have cost at max 1/2 of the $1309 total This seemed a very high cost....so I did some research. With my basic research online local pricing especially of labor. I also phoned other plumbing LLC in area and the cost is outrageous in comparison. Got job done sufficiently but nothing over top.

Had some hvac and plumbing work done through them and I'll recommend them all day. Really nice work and they cleaned up everything. Zac really goes above and beyond! He shoveled snow off my walkway during the quote and im pretty sure he changed a lightbulb in my basement while he did the plumbing work. Super awesome
