Dwight and Daelyn solved a year long issue with our lines backing up and spewing sewage out of my shower! I've have multiple plumbers and septic companies come and look and thank God we finally have a solution. It was fixed within 24 hours of our first visit. Scheduling was easy, they were punctual and they communicated with us for every step. Thank you so much guys!

Daelyn came by today to replace a 20-year-old toilet that was well past its prime. He was a pleasure to work with. He gave me several options to save money. I bought my own toilet and he had it installed in no time. Left the workspace very clean, which I really appreciated. I'll be calling these guys again in the future when I need serious work done.

It seems like since Covid it has been really hard to find quality customer service and I should know, I worked in the industry 20+ years. From the time I booked my appointment it was a great experience. Dylan was right on time, knew exactly what to do and got right to it. At no point did I feel like I was getting the runaround, as I was with a previous plumber I had hired and quickly fired. He went above and beyond, as did Luis who showed up to give a hand. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them for several projects coming up this Spring. Thanks Dylan! 10 stars!

My unit is 6 years old, not 15. I was overcharged plain and simple. Here's the problem with companies like this- overhead. Fancy decals on their trucks, employees in matching uniforms, answering services- the customer winds up overpaying to compensate through $300 initial visit fees and inflated labor/parts costs. Do yourself a favor and find a family owned/operated plumbing biz (I recommend Maupin) and pay a fair price for expert service.

Terrible company that doesn’t stand behind their work or their products. Charged me $800 to fix a spigot. Had to replace my old one with new “required” frost proof one. Left a massive hole in my wall and ceiling, that I got pay to fix myself. Then, the new spigot broke in less than 6 months. They want to charge me an additional $500 to fix the faulty part they installed. They claim their install is fine, it must be an issue with the product. Product manufacturer claims the part is fine, and is attempting to blame me for somehow using a spigot incorrectly. Insulting tbh. I’m right back to where I was to begin with, minus $800. Never use this company.

Yeah I will not be using these guys again all they want is the money so boom check this out they came out on Thursday to unclog my drain my basement first off I fell it was to quickly done and in stead of them saying well let’s check your other drains as well all they did was the main one so I goes to take a shower at 8 pm goes to put my clothes in my laundry room and there it was again water in my laundry room so today is Friday I call them and I’m like yall just came out yesterday and I paid yall 320 and I can’t just keep throwing away money can you just look out for me since they basically just left David like nah we have to charge for any service that we do I’m like yall just came and did it yesterday. So I hung up on him and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY OR THEIR SERVICE.

They were proactive, showed up right on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and the pricing was more than fair. If you need plumbing work done for your home or business, this is the team you want. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

If you need a plumbing repair job done right the first time, then you definitely want to have either Louis or Ian with 1 Tom Plumber come out to address your problem. These two plumbers made me feel totally comfortable throughout the process by their nice demeanors; they wore booties to keep my floors clean which I truly appreciate, and they worked harder and more efficiently than I have seen anyone work in a long time. I am truly thoroughly impressed and will be recommending them and 1 Tom Plumber to my friends and family!

Always nervous having unknown people in my home, but after a few visits (doing difficult tedious gruesome work), very comfortable, fair pricing, timely estimates, & truly professional, great servicing, patient and efficient (particularly Junior), glad to have dependable & reliable people, will absolutely recommend, & will likely have more work completed. Our Team here at First Care Dental would like to Thank Julian, Dylan, & Michael. We have a very busy Dental practice, Our office had frozen water lines and Patients waiting to be seen. We called 1-TomPlumber at 8:00am spoke with Julian, within an hour of the emergency Call they were at the office to diagnosis the problem & we were up & running within a couple of hours. Not happy with the service, I had a clogged sink so this guy came in and passed the snake through which didn't work, I have an unfinished basement where all the pipes are uncovered, I told him to go and check the pipes he didn't want to he only suggested to change the pipes brand new and I'd have to wait a week for that still with a clogged sink, he charged me $250 for an unfinished job very disappointed

I had a backup emergency on a Saturday and I called three different plumbing companies. 1-Tom-Plumber answered. That was a huge deal for me as I had sewage in my basement. Collin came out first thing Monday and provided a detailed assessment and fixed the issues. Collin was nothing but professional. I will refer and use the company for all my plumbing needs. 6 stars if I could.

Left our shower head completely wobbly and are voiding the warranty to try and charge us to come out and fix, aka put two screws in the wall that we do not want. Tech also left a tool here and has zero clue… for $300 leaving us with a shower head that you can’t adjust is ridiculous. Yes, our leak may be fixed, but we are not happy with the results and that doesn’t seem to matter.

Justin was great! He was early for our appointment, polite once he arrived, wore covers over his shoes at all times and explained everything to me in detail. We will call him for all our plumbing needs for now on along with referring this company to my friends and family. You guys did not disappoint us or make us feel like we were being taken advantage of. Thanks again Justin!
