And to add insult to injury - it's a Friday night and vessels appears to offer no weekend service - even if it an issue they created.”

“Vessels plumbing was sent to our home VIA American Home Shield Warranty company to replace a shower valve. The plumbers replaced the valve did not communicate having ANY issues or problems replacing the valve. A few hours later a crack appeared in the ceiling of the bathroom below and water started leaking from the crack. I called Vessels back. They sent a different plumber over who was able to stop leak, this was …”
