The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“Totally not dependable. 1st call -did not bring proper equipment. second call - routed out old cast iron pipe but did not water jet the entire length which made for overflowed sewer again because of debris left in the pipe. Would not recommend. Not professional”
“I used Suburban Sewer back in March 2014. They were recommended in my homeowner closing paperwork, so I thought them to be a reputable company. I paid them $2800 to dig up my yard and replace 6' of clay pipe with PVC pipe. They left a GIANT dirt mount that they said should settle by next season. It never did. It was three years (Summer of 2017) before i figured out the ground wasn't going to "settle" and paid a …”
“They did respond quickly and came out the next day. They rodded out the lines that were clogged and removed debris, but the drains are even slower now and I have a leak I did not have prior to their work. It's hard to be happy paying $325 for a half hour of work and the problem is worse. I understand there are issues beyond control but to leave a client worse off isn't the way I run my own business.”
Positive
“Excellent and fast service during the holiday season! Very informative and helpful! Would highly recommend!”
“I can't saw enough about Suburban Sewer & Septic. Randy, Kyle and the entire team are fantastic. From the emergency call to the final fix everything went great. These are good and honest people doing a great job. I highly recommend them if you need this service.”
