When my drain pipe from the kitchen sink decided to rust out, I scrambled and called a plumber who never showed. A second plumber was hired, only to place a coupling on the pipe, charge me an insane amount of money and called it a day. Two days later, water was pouring out of the 20 foot pipe in numerous places leading to the main drain. After a frantic search, I came across James’ business page and took a chance. He came the very next day, assessed and completed the job correctly! What a relief to finally find a professional, dependable and affordable plumber. Since then, James has fixed the botched water heater install I had previously completed, so as to be up to code and replaced the toilet and vanity in my half bath. You can tell that James takes pride in his work and has your best interests at heart when explaining the right way to go about fixing things. He will be the only plumber I ever hire again! I used JB Plumbing to take care of a leaking valve that I had by my washing machine. I spoke to Jim on the phone and had told him what the problem was and sent him photos. Jim knew right away what had to be done. When he came over the next day, he fixed the problem and explained the different valves to me. He also cleaned up the pipes in that area. He told me that since the job was easier than he expected, he would give me a discount on the quoted price. Jim is polite, honest and a great plumber. I would highly recommend Jim and JB plumbing. I will use these guys for all my plumbing needs and have told my family and friends of my great experience with Jim.

While we’ve been having our basement finished our Carpenter found that our Utility area was flooding and contacted Jimmy who was there within 45 minutes and was prepared right then and there to drain, clean the area and fix the problem immediately all while we were at work. we couldn’t be more thankful extremely timely and professional- none the less the work done looks fantastic and we came home to a fixed pump and check and gate valve. Will use him for all future needs and refer our family and friends to him! Thanks again JB plumbing !!

Would not recommend for rodding a slow line. Excessive fee for about 1/2 hour of work and line was clogged again in less that 4 months (previous rodding by other would last at least a year).

Our home is over a hundred years old and JB Plumbing was able to help us relocate a sink and toilet while working in a tight space with limited access to the main sewer stack. They are competitive with their pricing, creative with their solutions, on-time, polite and professional. We will definitely use them again.

I was so thankful he was able to find the real problem. I had a leak that was causing damage to my basement ceiling. What I thought was the problem wasn’t even close to the actual problem. He repaired my leaking upstairs bathtub and saved my basement ceiling from getting completely destroyed.

Jim was very professional and was on time. When I called to get a quote he responded back to my inquiry with in a few hours. Was great service at a very economical price. Would highly recommend him and plan on using again for many future projects I have.

Discovered we had an outside burst pipe. Made a call, they were at our house 10 mins later. Less than an hour later - our pipe was fixed and we were back in business! Excellent! Highly recommend!
