I was having issues with my hvac unit. Dereck, the service tech arrived promptly as scheduled and took his time to diagnose the issue. He explained the issues with me and when I mentioned cleaning my condenser pump over the winter, he took the time to explain the benefits of newer condenser pumps. He didn't try to pressure me to get a new pump but clearly he likes what he does and passionate in continuing to learn and adapt to changes in the field to help customers. Highly recommend SM!

We cannot say enough good things about SM Mechanical Services. They truly saved the day — and the week — for our family. Over a holiday weekend with brutally cold temperatures, we were without heat and hot water for nearly 48 hours. They came out, assessed the situation, and replaced our boiler system on incredibly short notice. From start to finish, the entire team was outstanding. Edwin and Jose were Amazing!! They did a fantastic job putting in my shower. They walked me thru the whole process and I love my shower!!! They cleaned up everything and were very polite and respectful. I am def. going to request them two to come back and put my bathroom vanity and sink in!!! Great job guys!!!
