Very easy to schedule with no long wait times. My professional Kyle McAlees consistently does excellent work. I was very thankful when Kyle was assigned this time also because I had great experience previous time he serviced my water heater. He explains everything that was done in detail and gives helpful recommendations. He also uses the shoe covers every time he has to walk through my house to go from the basement to his vehicle and I find him to be just truly good at his job, professional conduct and very personable. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Joe the Plumber. He recently repaired my main water service line and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He responded quickly, worked efficiently, and completed the repair much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. What impressed me most was his professionalism and attention to detail. After the work was completed, the entire area was cleaned up so well that you could hardly tell any excavation had been done. The workmanship was excellent and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest plumber who takes pride in his work, Joe is the person to call. I recently had two large sections of copper drainpipe replaced in my home — roughly two 20-foot runs servicing three bathrooms and my kitchen — and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Wayne was the lead technician on the job, and his workmanship was exceptional. He was extremely meticulous, professional, and clearly took a lot of pride in doing the job the right way. Everything was done carefully, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Brent, his apprentice, was also fantastic. He worked hard the entire time, was professional and respectful, and it was clear he was learning from one of the best. Replacing drain lines is not a small project, but these guys made the process smooth and stress-free. The new PVC installation looks excellent, and I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend Joe the Plumber if you want quality plumbing work done right.

I've used Joe The Plumber several different times now and always have been very happy with them. They have always been able to come out quicker than they originally said. Which was quick to begin with anyway. The guys have always been polite and extremely clean. They explain everything in detail and make sure it's clear what the issue is and what needs to be done.

Dillon and Mark were great, explaining everything involved. They worked quickly, getting our service up and running by about 1:30pm, even with downtime delays waiting for the water company folks to arrive. Quite pleased.
