Sewer Ninjas

We called Sewer Ninja‘s to schedule an inspection. JP showed up with a camera on the initial show up and gave our sewer line an inspection and we had found out that we had a couple of cracks in the pipe and some pretty rough cast-iron. Which was giving us a problem once a year so, we would have to call and have the sewer line flushed in order to get to operate properly again. After the inspection from JP, we knew that something was gonna have to be done with this cast-iron. The cast-iron had a couple of cracks in it, and if left alone It probably wouldn’t have been long before there would’ve been a collapse in the line. Looking at the options, option one is the relining which we did. The other option is to cut out concrete tear up carpeting and replace the cast-iron. Which is a very very expensive this option is lengthy in process with downtime in the house. So JP gave us an estimate which is a much better price than the other alternative. And we decided to go with Sewer Ninja’s which I am very glad we did. It was nice to know that the product that they had, was the only product recognized by the state. and the only product MMSD Will allow to be used for their jobs. We scheduled a repair. The job was scheduled prompty. The gentleman who came to do the liner cleaning in the morning Thao and Larry were very professional and knowledgeable, extremely polite. The second half of the job installing the liner was done by Nolan and Jeff. Both extremely polite and friendly. They explained everything they were doing, even gave me a set of headphones so that I could hear what they were saying to each other and actually watch them do the process which was very interesting. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I am so glad I didn’t wait any longer. It could have been much worse. I needed my old cast iron sewer line fixed and called Sewer Ninjas. They did a great job! My pipes were old and causing backups. I didn’t want them digging up my yard, so trenchless relining was perfect. The team was friendly and explained everything clearly. They came out, inspected the line with a camera, and gave me honest advice. They finished the job in just a day or two with no digging at all. Now my drains are flowing great again with no more problems. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend Sewer Ninjas to anyone with old sewer lines.

Homeownership lesson I didn’t expect to learn… especially with a 126-year-old house 😅 We had Sewer Ninjas come out today to do a sewer scope and inspection of our line. Honestly, it’s something I had never really thought about before… until someone mentioned how a small unseen issue underground can quickly turn into a VERY expensive problem. Good news our sewer line checked out great! 🙌 Huge peace of mind. What I found really interesting is what Sewer Ninjas actually specializes in. They use camera technology to inspect sewer lines and can even repair or replace pipes using trenchless (“no-dig”) technology, which means they can often fix major sewer issues without tearing up your yard, driveway, or landscaping. They’re a Wisconsin-based company serving the Madison and Milwaukee areas, and their whole focus is helping homeowners find problems early before they become disasters. Definitely one of those things I’m glad we did before there was ever an issue. If you have an older home (or honestly any home), this might be something worth checking into. We had them come out about a year ago and remove some roots from our sewer pipes before they caused an issue. We originally had the pipes scoped by a different company about 3 years ago, and they said at some point that the roots would need to be removed. Sewer Ninjas were easy to schedule and got things cleaned up (roots in bag below). They send a pre and post video to show completion of work. Would happily use again, highly recommend!
