Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Thanks Chris for being so thorough and efficient! I won't use anyone else besides Roto-Rooter from now on. From start to finish, it was an easy process and he arrived quick to resolve the issue. He explained what he was doing, and answered the questions I had. Overall, it was a quick and easy fix to a "crappy" situation.

We recently needed the help from Roto Rooter for a backed up drain in our basement. Kyle was our technician and I want to compliment him on cleaning everything up when he was finished. I wasn’t home most of the time while he was here and was afraid when I got home, I would have lots of cleaning to do. It was nice to come home and find he had already taken care of it. We are happy to report that our drains are working the way they should. Thanks

Dalton was conscientious and provided a quote for the work required. He cleaned our line and found and removed the cause of the blockage. He ran a camera through the drain line to insure the line would remain clear and there were no other problems. The total was exactly as quoted. Very satisfied. Great service by Roto-Rooter. This was an after hours job. Very grateful that they were able to solve our problem quickly when we needed them.

didnt fix my problem. the tec forgot his camera. charged 682. plus needs to come back and finish the job. still waiting.

I recently used Rotor Rooter on a rental property of mine. We first tried two other plumbers who worked on this powder room toilet but they left and said it was better. However, The problem still existed and this toilet was Mount Vesuvius after those plumbers left! Somehow, they made it even worse. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving, and the only plumber who we could find was Rotor Rooter. They did not charge holiday hours and came within a few hours. It was roto Rooter who finally found the problem with our sewer line. They determined it was a pipe that tree roots had grown into, and gave us a price to fix it. I had this issue before on a different property, so I was familiar with the hefty cost. Their price was surprisingly reasonable for this scope of work. When they got to the Area of Repair, they soon realize that the damage extended even further into the line toward the road. They at first quoted a price to fix, but I asked to talk to their supervisor James. In discussions with him, he said, he believed Msd should be responsible for the rest of this line because it was poorly made and passed a section that typically is what Msd plumbs to. James took the time to explain the problem more and how I could discuss this with Msd, which was a huge help. When they came out there, Roto Rooter met with Msd and helped convince them to fix the problem with the rest of the sewer pipe. I was extremely thankful at his help and diligence, which saved me over $5000 on this additional repair. I would always suggest asking lots of questions and understanding the problem, and with Rotor Rooter and James in particular, they were extremely courteous and helpful with the best communication I have had in a long time. I wish I had called Roto Rooter to come out and fix this problem before using any other plumber. Hats off to Rotor Rooter.

I had a valve break on my main water supply line to my house at 1 am. It flooded my kitchen, part of my living room and dining room. I called around 3 am in need of a plumber and Chris called me back by 8 am. By 1130 am he was at my door and finished up before 1230. Chris was absolutely great! He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what was done wrong with the prior work on the pipe. He was easy to chat with and was very informative on what he was doing and why. I do think the price was a little steep for a smaller job, but I understand that this was done after hours and on a Sunday. I do not hold Chris accountable for the price. I do hope that Roto Rooter is taking good care of Chris! Good knowledgeable employees are hard to come by these days. I will recommend him to anyone in the future! Chris gets 5 stars for his work but RR gets 3 stars for the steep price. This job should of been no more than $300 or $350 AT MOST.

Called for service to get my parents toilet unclogged and it was kind of an urgent issue. The message was put through to Dalton and I received the call almost immediately and he was at their house and solved the issue with an hour. Quickest service we've ever had and Dalton was amazing. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything so we could understand what we were being charged for. Upon finishing He said that what he did was guaranteed for a week. Can't ask for anything better than that. Will definitely call again if needed.

We discovered we had a clog on a saturday evening and called roto rooter the first thing sunday morning, and they had someone out before one p m. The service technician. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and made the whole experience less stressful. Hey, fix the repairs.Explained what had happened and how to avoid any further issues. I expected excellent service because of the reputation.But my technician, chris went above and beyond my expectations. Five stars.

I spoke with James and he was able to send Dalton and Joseph out after hours on a Friday and to get our sewer line open. I had another Roto Rooter member, Kyle, out a week prior who was here for triple the time and left without fully opening our sewer line. I am thankful that Dalton and Joseph were so efficient. James, Dalton, and Joseph turned this 1 star review into a 5 star review.

I had my main waste line back up on me today and was not having any luck getting anyone out on a Sunday afternoon. Roto rooter was going to be my last call before giving up for the day and I had a call from Collin within 2 minutes of me calling the after hours line. Collin was at my house within 30 minutes and took great care of me! Highly recommend Collin and Roto Rooter!

Colin and Joseph were wonderful. They drove all the way to Madison, IN to help us fix our plumbing issues. They were both very professional and thorough. Colin explained everything he doing and gave suggestions on how to avoid the problem again. Both young men were so kind. I have already told friends about using Roto Rooter and the wonderful service we received.

Dalton came out and was able to look at the problem and got started and was able to unclog my mainline in a pretty quick time frame and for a good price. Highly suggest them as I called this morning and was able to get my toilets flushing again!! Thanks again for helping me out in a pinch!

It is Christmas Eve and we had a clog in the shower. Collin B. was at our residence within the hour of us calling which is almost unheard of during the holidays. Not only did he solve the issue, he went above and beyond and was extremely professional. Thank you so much!!
