Roto-Rooter Plumbers Mid TN

I had a stopped toilet that was causing a lot of stress. I called Roto Rooter and they send Ralph the same day, who did a great job. He checked all my clean out valves and got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained in detail how to make sure this does not happen again. I will use Roto Rooter again if need be.

I had a clogged commode that was giving me trouble and created a lot of anxiety. I had the pleasure of working with Ralph this morning and he unintentionally eased all my worries. He was very calm and friendly and got the job done quickly. He then kindly offered to fix my door handle that had been loose for a while. Not my first time using this company and each time I will say I’ve received excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The plumber that I used fixed my shower by replacing the valve, handles and spout. I really just needed the valve changed since the diverter wasn't working. So the new spout didn't properly fit as shown in the photo. The panel also was not put back on properly as shown in the photo, and the caulk looked messy. He also took over a month to finish it because he couldn't stick to a scheduled time with my tennant, so he waited until she left town for the weekend. The tub was also stopping up, and he temporarily fixed that. He told me it would be 3400 to fix a broken pipe, but then nevermind it's working for now. I expected the tub to work as well as look decent for $700.

I'm glad that most people have had a positive experience with this company. However, mine was not as pleasant. Long story short: They lost my original paperwork. Then the plumber was almost 2 hours late. I called the office twice and was told each time that he was 10 minutes away and would be there. The plumber never showed and I called the office again and told them to forget it. The office staff was extremely nice and the lady that I talked to was apologetic and sympathized with me. I hope they fired that plumber on the spot.

I am SO IMPRESSED by this company, and I would give them 10 stars if I could! We had a pretty bad main line clog last night around 9:00pm, with sewer water coming up out of our shower drain, so we definitely needed someone immediately. Called a "Happy" company and explained the situation, and their "earliest availability was the next day around 5:00pm." Useless per usual. We called Roto-Rooter, and a kind lady picked up immediately and said she would check with their guys and give us a call back quickly. Not two minutes later, she called back and told us that they had someone on the way (Seth). Seth arrived shortly thereafter and was GREAT to work with. Honestly the best, easiest, most professional interaction I've ever had with a service company of any kind, especially considering it was after hours on a cold night. Cannot say enough good things about Seth and Roto-Rooter, from the professionalism, to the service, to even telling me to just call them in the morning for the payment (which the lady who helped us this morning was equally fantastic). Very rare in this day and age to have such fantastic service from top to bottom in a company. Again, I would give this company 10 stars if I could, and I definitely will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!!

December 20,2023 I was driving home and saw a rotor rooter van pulled over in front of two house at 100 Forrest blvd in Tullahoma TN. The young man was very brave stomping out a large grass fire in front of two homes that did not have a garden hose to be found. I pulled in behind him and call 911 fire. I wish I was not handicap I would of got out to help him. I told him I was very proud of him. He saw trouble and did a very good deed for the two home owners. I really feel Rotor Rooter hired a very good young man his name is Brad B. I believe the fire was set on purpose because a mile down the road going towards Arnold Air Force Base, right across from Arnold golf course was another fire on the grass and it was in the trees when I passed by I pulled over and called Fire again. Let them know there was a bigger fire across from Arnold golf course. Kudos to you Brad you have good values. Rotor Rooter is lucky to have you. I think your work should buy you a new pair of boots. For being a Hero. We need more good people in the world.

You can't go wrong with Roto-Rooter. I have used them several times, along with other companies, and due to their punctuality, dependability, trustworthiness, and great service, they will continue to be my go to business when it comes to my plumbing needs. I had a recent water leak and tried to use my warranty company to service my claim and it was a horrible experience. The technician was a no call no show and never responded to calls or returned messages. Days had passed and the warranty company was still unable to get anyone to come out to investigate and repair my water leak. Fortunately, I made a call to Roto-Rooter and Seth arrived in less than 20 minutes and before I knew it, my water leak was diagnosed and repaired without breaking the bank. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing plumbing services!

Roto-Rooter was my second call after I was given a astonishing quote for a repair. The repair would not have fixed the issue. Tyler's our service technician he came to my house within a hour of me calling the company. Tyler found a blockage and cleared it and offered me some great advice for preventing it from happening again. He did not pressure us into trying to buy anything presented us multiple options and was happy to do what we choose without issue all around the best service, cost, and professionalism I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have to give a shot out to Seth! I had a bad garbage disposal, he replaced it with one l had, a leaky toilet that was running my 1/2 bath floor that he fixed worn a tank repair kit and a useless dishwasher that he replaced written one that was delivered while he was here. Seth showed a positive attitude and a great work ethic! He got right to work, didn't seem to mind that l was watching his work. Mastter of fact, he took time to explain different steps in his repair techniques. I'll be calling RotorRooter in the future and requesting Seth. He is a definite asset to your work force, 5+ Stars

Water/sewer backup issue. I called middle of afternoon & technician was there couple hours later in day & worked until after 10 pm to remedy problem. This was at a rental house I own in Woodbury. Tyler with Roto Rooter was as professional & informative as anyone I've ever dealt with in all my 73 yrs. He discovered problem was on the city's end & called them with me on the phone line. He had them out there next morning at 7 am to fix the problem & called me after they finished. Rental home occupied by ex-Marine vet , wife & baby. They so thankful! Thank you Tyler You're a good man.

I woke up today and noticed water backing into the house and the toilets would not flush. Called Roto-Rooter up shortly after to see if we could get someone to at least look at the issue. They told my wife they would have someone out in a few hours to help. A little over an hour later, Ralph showed up at our house. He immediately got to working on the issue and snaked out the clog. He explained everything along the way and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. They clearly hire people who care and enjoy their job.

Tyler was outstanding at addressing a major emergency clog in a main drain of ours. What could have been a disaster was promptly repaired by Tyler in the most professional manner and I am highly impressed with his will and knowledge of the plumbing business. Last Sunday, I reached out to Roto-Rooter Plumbers Mid TN bout a worrisome leak in our pantry, and I was blown away by their amazing service! Rita was super quick to get things rolling, and Brad was at our door in no time—within the hour! He fixed the leak like a pro, saving our pantry from any damage.
