Thanks Charles and Ladys for fixing the huge mess left in my kitchen sink pipes. I will certainly request you guys again should I incur future plumbing needs. Jim the scheduler goes above and beyond, but more importantly, he listens and is very informative. He got me booked up and taken care of rather quickly. The pricing was more than reasonable. Marcus arrived on time to install a new Toto Washlet seat, install a new Delta kitchen faucet, and repair the guest shower lever that was malfunctioning. Everything was perfect. Very professional, polite and fast repairs. Marcus is a great tech and Jim in the office was able to facilitate an expeditious repair. This week I had them replace all my plastic push pull valves with new metal valves and braided lines. Once again they exceeded expectations with their professionalism and expert service. It's wonderful to find an experienced organization that actually cares!
