“I called Dunstan (mistake) to check low hot water pressure in the shower. They charged me for the following: They did not give me an exact determination of the problem. Unfortunately, they did turn on the water while the hoses were disconnected, this caused a whole in the ceiling. That was on 2/9 today shower ceiling finally being repaired. Still no determination on the hot water issue cause! Three days waiting on …”

“I don't do a lot of reviews, but this one i have to. We had some unidentified crud plug all the faucets. Dunstan was recommended, so I called. They were out in just a couple of hours, and the tech knew immediately what the issue was. Our water softener had failed, and released resin and plastic into the system.
