Had difficult time with whole house filter so called Village Plumber. Had appt 2 days later, given reasonable 10am - 2 pm time period. The plumber came, changed filters and was gone in less than half hour. Have appt set for December and he will bring filters needed. RJ was pleasant, respectful of our property and because of him we will continue with Village Plumber services when needed!
Donald was our plumber from the Village Plumber. He replaced a shower cartridge and addressed two slow drains. He explained every step as well as alerting us to our need to replace our water heater. Very capable and professional. Highly recommend.
Justin put down a tarp in my hallway, and completely cleaned the toilet and floors where he had worked. My bathroom and hall were as clean when he left as when he had arrived. Justin was efficient and he did not hesitate to explain what his equipment was, how it operated, what he was doing, and showed me what he found that was blocked my pipes outside my home. Also, I was given service within two days of when the plumbing problem began, and the office had even called to offer me a sooner time if I could be home then. Village Plumber had an excellent reputation and they do deserve it !
Have used this company twice and both times was pleased with the guys they sent out. Very nice and knowledgeable and friendly. Great company I just feel the call out charge of $165.00 is a little high. Supposedly that includes an hours time. This repair took 5 min and a $20 part, I asked if the tech could do a flush with the remaining 50+ minutes I had paid for? There would have been an additional $70.00 charge to do that. Would give a 5 star rating otherwise.
Thank you Cody for getting us in as quickly as you did. Troy is the man - he is a problem solver!! Not just any plumber but a good problem solver. He thinks before he tears apart your plumbing. And, places everything back in order. He does a good job cleaning up before he leaves. We recommend and will call Village Plumber in times of plumbing needs. GR8 job!!!!
