Nothing breaks at our house during regular business hours; it's always at night or a weekend. Always! Roach never fails to call us back quickly and works to send someone to get it fixed timely. Hours, not days. The repairmen are always polite and seem knowledgeable. We've never had an issue with a repair. Definitely recommend based on our own experience.

Roach Plumbing is amazing. Called in the morning for a water heater at my rental property in East Hampton and same day a new one was installed. As a landlord it is great to have such a reliable and prompt contractor to get issues at a rental fixed, it keeps tenants very happy. Always easy, friendly, and prompt service. I have also used their service in the past for a well pressure tank, well foot valve, whole home water filter, toilets, and other water heaters. Highly recommend
