Mike answered an emergency call on a Saturday night. He was at our house quickly and got us out of a jam. He was responsive, courteous, and reasonably priced. Really saved our night!

We have another local contractor in town doing a bathroom upgrade and they keep dropping the ball left and right. After the ridiculous tub and tub surround install they did, nothing lined up. I called Mylo in distress, and they came out that Friday night on their way home to review the other contractors work. My fears were confirmed, the tub was not level, the surround was in the same poor craftsmanship. Thank goodness for Mylo I was able to halt this disaster before it got to far. These are great people here at Mylo, they care.

Outstanding service. We moved to a new home and had a very old Boiler and Michael helped to install new Boiler and Heater. He is very professional, through and fixed the Heater and Boiler quickly. He also helped to install gas stove in Kitchen. He made sure we have all our appliances ready for our move in on time. We had a very old shower which was not kid friendly Michael tried to understand our exact needs and installed a shower and hand shower which really helped my kid to bathe easily. He is really a very good listener and tries to understands the customer needs. He also buys the appliances needed and brings to home by himself which really saved lot of my time. Michael is great and awesome. I will really call Mylo plumbing for any Boiler/heater/ plumbing services. I highly recommend Mylo Plumbing and Heating.

Mike was incredible! We had an emergency from a burst pipe first thing in the morning. Within an hour he was on the scene. He was able fix the burst pipe, he was happy to help and will be back to perform other services including installing a wireless shutoff valve and pressure reducer. I would highly recommend using Mylo plumbing.

Mylo is great! They have serviced my parents place in Glastonbury for many years. They recently installed a new hot water heater in our home and I couldn't be happier! Mike and Pete were both courteous of our home, and took time to answer any my questions. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!
