I am so grateful to Dustin Bradley & River City Plumbing. 5 stars for high quality work, professionalism, very fair about fees, super fast at responding and resolving the problem, and excellent clean up,! Specifically, I contacted them to diagnosis and repair a problem with my shower & tub and toilet not properly draining. Dustin was really fast to respond and come on site, and he knew immediately what the problem was and how to fix it. Plus he and my technician Joseph were professional, polite and friendly when interacting with me, patient with my questions, and clearly communicated throughout the process. Dustin went above and beyond making sure the drain line was cleared all the way out to the public lines, he was also wonderful at testing the work to be sure the problem was solved and that all was clear and clean underneath and around the house. They also guarantee their work to be sure that you don’t have the same problem in the near future. Thank you Dustin & River City Plumbing!

This is the second time we’ve used River City Plumbing. They’re very reasonably priced, friendly, and prompt. I like that they keep you updated with texts and send a photo of the tech so you know who’s coming to your house. No complaints here!

Danny Ramirez and his co-worker came out to clean out my shower drain and it was done quick and easy!! They also installed a new shower head i had purchased at the last minute. These guys were very nice and courteous, answered all my questions with no problem!! I will definitely hire them again!

Jake has done extensive plumbing work on our 110+ year old home, updating many out-of-date fixtures cleanly and expertly. It was a no-brainer to contact River City when we needed to update our water softener. Jake did an excellent job with the install on a late Friday afternoon, but did run into a perplexing issue with our antiquated plumbing that he couldn’t quite solve. After calling his management to help troubleshoot, the owner of River City, Jeremy, came onsite without hesitation to help fix the problem. Both he and Jake stayed until nearly 9pm on a Friday night addressing the issue to ensure our family had functioning plumbing. Not only that, they did all of the work with smiles on their faces and explained everything they were doing in detail. Great workmanship and customer service. Thanks so much.

Our son's home inspector had recommended we have a sewer inspection done along with the home inspection because the home they are buying is 100 years old. The inspector recommended someone else, but they were unable to meet the time window that was already scheduled. The other plumber recommended River City, which was appreciated. I called them, and they moved other jobs to meet the time we needed the following day. They showed up as scheduled and discovered that the line to the street was blocked with tree roots 10' from the access point in the basement. This information allowed our son to have the seller remedy the situation before closing. The $391 paid for the inspection is nothing compared to what the cost will be to clear the line. The service River City gave is greatly appreciated.

UPDATED 4/06/26 - a section of copper piping with many various taped holes was removed and replaced with PVC. Will be scheduling the removal and replacement of all copper piping to eliminate future holes popping up and leaking. Have been using River City Plumbing for all of our home's plumbing needs since moving to the area. They are professional, prompt, thorough and most of all FAIR. It feels like a win-win whenever hiring them for a job. We get a great service for a fair price. I recommend them any time someone asks about help finding a plumber in the area.

Carl and partner arrived on time and checked out our water heater, which needed to be replaced. We oked new water heater. They had one on the truck and it was installed in about 90 minutes. They moved the washer and dryer, cleaned up the mess in the utility room, and they checked out that temps on heater were properly set, and finally they tested washer and dryer once they reinstalled them. Both guys were nice to work with and were very organized. They did a great job, and we continue to be impressed with River City Plumbing over the years.

I had a leaking water heater that was on the main floor of my home. River City Plumbing was able to schedule an appointment for me quickly on the same day that I called. The plumbers showed up within an hour. They were both very knowledgeable and did a great job taking out and putting in a new water heater that was needed. They were friendly and answered all my questions while they were working. They left a clean area both inside and outside. I am so happy with the service I received.

Couldn't be happier with the work Karl and Wafiq did. The whole process was great. We were replacing our water heater (not urgent), and had some time to look around. River City had very competitive pricing (without the gimicks of coupons, etc). The whole experience was great. Karl and Wafiq were courteous, took numerous precautions not to damage anything, and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend River City and will definitely be using them again!

I contracted River City to replace 2 outdoor faucets and diagnose gas smell around the stove. They were able to set up the repair within 2 work days. Danny came with an assistant. He was here last year for another repair. The work was done within 2 hours, top notch workmanship and friendly. Danny checked the gas connections to the stove and saw no leaks, advised me to call appliance service and how I can use soapy water to further check the stove itself.

I thought I had left a review a while ago, but I guess I hadn’t, so here it is. These guys are the best. Always show up with a smile and always get the problem fixed. From small clogs to adding a basement bathroom, they’ve handled it all for me over the years. Keith and Danny were the last ones out, same-day service, in and out, no hassle. Really good guys. River City Plumbing is always my first call when I'm up a creek!

We had River City back to install and update our plumbing for a new sink. Keith and his partner worked quickly and neatly. They both were so friendly. I felt like I knew what was happening the whole time. Thanks again for a great experience. River City Plumbing showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and offered a solution to avoid the problem in the future. Definitely saved their number for future issues.

Over the years we have used River City for a sump pump, water softener, new toilets, putting in new bathroom sinks and today replacing a new kitchen faucet that badly needed to be replaced. The guys were very polite and they always get the job done right ! I am very pleased and I highly recommend them! Thank you Rivercity Plumbing! We only use this company because they are so good!

Our old injector pump was working but needed replacing along all the piping. Jake did an amazing job. He explained everything thoroughly along with showing what needs to be done. Only took 1 hour. Very professional!!!! Arrived on time. Getting this preventive maintenance done before parts break is well worth it. Highly recommend River City Plumbing. Brian K

My PTSD with plumbing companies is finally over. River City Plumbing was professional, easy to schedule an appointment with and they sent a thoughtful and focused plumber team (Conall & Chris). Pricing was very good and the time of service was efficient. I can now move forward with non-priority plumbing needs, because I found my plumbing team!
