Had a really smooth experience with O’Bryan Plumbing Services. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and the technician explained everything clearly before starting the work. They worked efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful than expected. Overall, very professional and easy to work with from start to finish.
Ryan and Josh were wonderful to work with! They were both friendly and professional. Ryan explained everything they would be doing to make sure I understood the job-before I agreed to move forward. I was very confident in his abilities, and had no doubt that the installation of my new water heater would go smoothly (which it did). The estimate I got was very clear, extremely competitive, and there were no surprises/hidden fees. I’m now a loyal customer who will be using O’Bryan for all of my future plumbing needs :)
Mark stopped by today to help me get some advice on installing a home water system. He was very helpful and friendly. Update after a service visit by Cody who was very helpful in fixing my water pressure issue by replacing my pressure regulator
Aaron with O'Bryan Plumbing Services did a great job, as did Chris, and the other technicians, that came out to my house to fix a gas leak at my outside barbecue grill and I needed a new hot water heater. They were upfront about the repairs and costs and updated me as they went. They were very nice and polite guys. I'm very pleased and I will definitely call them again for anything related to plumbing. I highly recommend their services. 12/10/25 - Update...I had Cri come out to unclog my sink drain and he was very quick, courteous and professional. Everyone I've encountered has been great! It's nice to have a good plumbing service that you can count on!
Cody did an AMAZING job today. He extended EXCELLENT customer service, professionalism, expertise. He listened carefully to all the issues I have and addressed and resolved them one-by-one. After a recent kitchen remodeling, we were left stranded with no gas, filtered water, etc. With Cody's help, my new kitchen is back up again and totally functional. What an incredible relief indeed! Thank you Cody & O'Bryan Plumbing Company. You are the BEST 🏡
