The plumber on duty told us that he had to get a diagnostic from the manufacturer that was going to cost $800. Once we declined he proceeded to charge $69 after I was told there was no charge unless work was done.”

“I am in a state of shock right now. I had an 11am appointment and the plumber didn't arrive until 12:30pm to check out my clogged bathroom sink. When he got here he wanted to check the pop up in the drain before snaking it, which required unscrewing some pieces under the sink (I wish I knew how to do this myself.)
