Called Thursday needing repairs to my kitchen sink. I gave all my information (name, address, phone number, email etc.). I was told that someone would call me back shortly to schedule for Friday. I had left a message with another plumber. When he called back, I told him Mr. Rooter was coming to fix the problem. It is now Monday, I have not received a response yet. My wife missed work Friday because we were expecting service. We still don't have a working kitchen sink. We have called someone else for service. Definitely recommend going with the small local business that will care.
