The customer service rep quoted us $95.00 to snake drains out up to 30 feet. and $150.00 to add a trap under a utility sink. Since the pre-sale inspection required inspections of three drains and the trap added I had no choice. Prior to Jastal inspecting the drains I had cleaned them out and they drained fine. I also replaced components …”
“I called for an estimate on some plumbing I needed done. Tech showed up late and seemed unknowledgeable and unenthused about being there. he then handed me a tablet asking me to sign and pay he hadn't done anything yet and no one had informed me that the estimate was not free. maybe it's my fault for not asking but I've never had a contractor show up and want paid before they did anything.”
