“They were hired to do a job that was bid 5 days at my company. Took a total of 16 days for them to complete fully. They had to dig out the old pipe and replace it in our rest room. However they took a ton of breaks, and would disappear for hours claiming lunch and parts hunting. When they had the job 98% finished they planned on leaving without cleaning up their mess. Thats where the 16th day came into play. …”
“Be careful of this company. They came out and provided an estimate. I authorized the work, 2 months after, the problem still occurs. I called and told them about it. They came out again and charge me for the same drainage problem. I did not authorized for them to fix the toilet (my tenant) unit, but they when ahead and fix it without my authorization. They charge $10 for the parts and $175 for the 1 hour labor. …”
“Unfortunately cannot recommend Jack Ward based on my experience with them. First off, they ARE responsive and managed to send someone out to the property very quickly when water started leaking out through the ceiling and light fixtures.
