Javen and his team did a great job adding all the plumbing to a detached office space for us! He was always on time, communicated well and the price was reasonable. We highly recommend Javen and his team for all your plumbing needs!

Javan was exceptional, he assessed our water heater issues and provided several options to consider. He was kind, courteous, patient and communicated so we we're able to understand things in layman's terms. He even was kind enough to help bring a package inside for us. We're thrilled with the new water heater system and hot water throughout our home. Thank you !

Javen arrived on time and began immediately after evaluating the issue. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He gained our confidence quickly. He did a beautiful job installing a new sink and repairing a major leak. He worked very efficiently and the cost was very fair. He was a lifesaver for us. We would definitely use him again and refer him to others. Thank you Grizzly!

Team was extremely nice and pleasant. The actual job took about 20-30 minutes once they had the parts, but it took about 5 hours to try and figure it out. The fix ended up being what we recommended right from the beginning. While they completed the work, we were charged 622$ for hours of time where they were in the phone trying to figure out what was wrong. No issues with the work or crew, but paying that much was absolutely overpriced for the actual job.

We had a leaking kitchen faucet that had to be replaced. Had a different company come and give us a estimate set up a date to fix it then rescheduled to fix it because he said the job he was on ran over. (Which I git things happen) then came out said he had to remove the sink because the nut that holds the faucet to the countertop was seized because of the rusting of it leaking and had to reschedule. Well when I call to get them back out his office said he could be out this Friday then he said no it will be all day job need to come out a different day. Well at this point I was done. So I found Grizzly Plumbing and they sent William out today and he got the old faucet out with not to much trouble and there was no rust on it he put the new I bought in and it works great. From now on Grizzly Plumbing will be my go-to for all my plumbing needs. I would give them a 10 star review if Google would let me. Very professional, courteous, on time, and great work. What more can you ask for. Great job Grizzly. You now have a customer for life. Thank you so much.

So, this review is the next one (11/24/25) for my ongoing services from Grizzly Plumbing. I typically call when the usual repair services are needed. But, this morning we needed emergency help when an appliance installer snapped a water supply line and flooded the kitchen and dining room. I immediately called Grizzly for emergency service. The only way they could have gotten here faster was if they lived here. Not only did they quickly and easily repair the water line, but they also completed the installation of the appliance. We're very grateful for Grizzly's service and quick help! They will always be our "go to" for help! 6/1/2025 - Incredibly fast response and excellent service. This is the second time we've needed help from Grizzly, and as usual - they don't disappoint. I'll definitely continue calling them for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you!

They came out same day we called for estimate on complete under the house line replace. They were there in around an hour. Did inspection on what needed to be done to do the replacement. Explained what it would intell and quoted a very reasonable price. It was less that what we were expecting. That was on a Monday and they called the next day to schedule for replacement on Wednesday of the same week. They were there early Wednesday morning and worked throughout the day other then taking a lunch break. When completed made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It was quite hot but they were persistent on getting job done. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Both men were very professional and hard working. Highly recommend Grizzly Plumbing!!!!

We had a hot water slab leak that I had localized to a particular area. Grizzly was highly recommended to me, so I called them and they sent out a tech who helped me figure out which line was the culprit, test, and identify what specifically would be needed for a repair. He was courteous, professional (and a veteran), and answered all my questions and concerns. He ended up rerunning the line through the ceiling to bypass and abandon what was under the slab. I'm very happy with this solution and with the work he performed as well as the cost of the repair.

William came out to quote plumbing work we need done. He was professional and courteous, answered all my questions. I feel confident that Grizzly will do excellent work. Update: Replaced all cast iron pipe with PVC; installed PEX water lines throughout master bathroom; installed shower base & mixer for shower; installed new plumbing under hall bathroom sink. William did great job, and I feel he was very efficient. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs. Thank you Grizzly!

We had a leak in our main water line in the front yard, and this company exceeded our expectations in every way. They answered the phone after hours, showed up quickly, and were extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. They diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. It’s clear they take pride in their work. We are so grateful for their help and will absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Grizzly plumbing did a fantastic job.I did not know what to do when my commodes started overflowing.I was desperate for some help.They were here in a timely manner and took care of my problem. Our recirculating pump went out. We had already had two plumbers look at it and no one could help us. We called Javan from Grizzly Plumbing and he came out that day. He ordered the part and our issue was corrected the very next day! . He is a very well clean cut man who knows what he is doing. My husband and I will certainly be calling Grizzly plumbing, LLC in the future.

William from Grizzly plumbing showed up and I showed him everything I wanted done. After giving me the estimate, he was actually ready to start work that day and he did. He finished the following day which included him re-attaching a piece of drywall he had to remove to do some work... which is an unexpected thing for a plumber to do. Would definitely use them again!

He installed my new sink and faucet and did a wonderful job. He made sure my pipes were clear and my old clogs were cleared out. He went above and beyond. Cleaned up the area and was very courteous and friendly. This is the best plumbing company in Cleveland in my opinion. Good, fair prices and no sales pitch for more service. I highly recommend them.

Jonathan at grizzly plumbing was amazing! We called in on a Monday afternoon Jonathan came out the very next day today Tuesday at 9:30 am and was very knowledgeable,great customer service, and great thorough work! Definitely recommend this company and Jonathan!! With the Mohawk! lol he was GREAT!
