Buddy the Plumber

Water was coming out of overflow pipe, called Rivertech to see they did plumbing, they did not, asked for recommendation, they recommended Buddy's. They were able to come out within the hour. I now have them in my phone as the plumber to call. Tyler explained what was wrong and what needed to be done as well as cost. Did an excellent job

Tyler did a phenomenal job helping me with a water leak repair. I called on a holiday weekend and they were the only ones to respond, Tyler came out within a few hours and even gave me some amazing recommendations for local contractors. Highly recommend!

Buddy the Plumber gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with any service coming to my home — bar none. Tyler was the technician who came out, and his kindness, knowledge, and professionalism were unmatched. After being over-quoted by multiple “big company” plumbers, I had convinced myself that any plumbing visit was going to cost thousands of dollars. Tyler immediately put us at ease. He took the time to crawl under the house with me and clearly explain exactly what was going on (twice). He didn’t just fix the problem — he fixed it the right way and made sure it wouldn’t happen again. Honest, thorough, and incredibly professional. If 1 million stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. Highly recommend Buddy the Plumber — and ask for Tyler if you can.

The prices are pretty high. He came to my house and tightened some bolts to a toliet it took him about 5-7 minutes and then charged 185 dollars for this. This was also after arriving about 30 minutes late. The issues to the toliet seem fixed though at least.

Overpriced, and appears to be more of a virtual company without a real physical address (though listed as being in East Brainerd Road, the worker told me the sign out front is really just a call center where they take calls and farm the work out to random plumbers). Just feels greasy to me.

I had a water leak and found myself in need of a plumber but didn’t know who to call. A friend of mine referred someone who I called, left a message and he never called me back. So I went online and started searching. We all want someone who is honest, has integrity, does great work, will not try and take advantage of your situation, and gives great customer service. There are certain things I look for in customer reviews which I saw on Buddy the Plumbers reviews. So I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Tyler who told me he would be there within two hours, and he was! He was so easy to work with, great communication, very knowledgeable, and very personable. He came in, got the job done (and done correctly) Overall just a great experience and a fantastic job at a reasonable price. So if you’re in need of a plumber and you don’t know who to call, give these guys a call. I can honestly say, they really took care of me!

I had a fantastic experience with Buddy the Plumber and especially Tyler. He was amazing; friendly, professional, and just genuinely easy to work with. He replaced plumbing underneath my kitchen sink and installed a new outdoor spigot for my water hose, and everything was done efficiently and with great care. What really blew me away was the pricing, the whole job was $350, while Metro Plumbing had quoted me $1,800 for the same work. What a steal. It’s rare to find someone this honest, skilled, and reasonably priced. I’m so glad I called Buddy the Plumber and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend Tyler and this company!

Tyler and Randy were great. They came out to my house within 3 hours of me calling them. They communicated multiple times and let me know when they were on the way. I watched them work - they showed me what they were doing and explained how they did everything while I watched. They were polite - they knew what they were doing and were done quickly and even cleaned up after their work. (They didn’t make a mess but still cleaned up anyway). Thankfully it was a simple fix. Also important - they listened to me the home owner explain what seemed to be going on and that helped them identify the problem much more quickly. JM

My husband and I used Buddy the Plumber at the recommendation of someone in my family and we are so happy we did! Tyler was super knowledgeable and ended up addressing several other small issues we had throughout the house in addition to our washer. What we appreciated the most was his willingness to educate us on how to fix our issues in the most cost effective way. We could tell he wasn’t just trying to nickel and dime us to death and wasn’t gatekeeping solutions to keep us reliant on a plumber. He genuinely just wanted to help. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler, and he was absolutely fantastic! He installed several water spigots for me and helped improve my water pressure. Not only did he do everything perfectly, but he also took the time to explain the entire process and gave me tips on how to maintain everything moving forward. Jayce and his team redid all of the plumbing on our house, installed a new on demand gas hot water heater, installed new gas appliances and did an amazing job. During this six month process they had to work within existing walls from a 1958 house which took creativity and willingness to get the job done. This team was flexible with their schedule and even came after hours to make sure the project kept running smoothly. Communication during the process was superb. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work you may need done!

Called yesterday for a small leak on washer valve. Needed it replaced before new washer was delivered. Spoke with Tyler on the phone and made appointment for next day. HE arrived promptly and fixed the issue. Tyler was awesome and explained what he was doing and gave me good advice to prevent future issues with pipes. And showed me where the cut off valve was located by road. Call Buddy The Plumber for all your plumbing problems. You will be glad you did.

Tyler did an amazing job. There was a leak right at the meter on the outgoing connection due to a tree root. Tyler was very responsive , provided excellent communication, and was able to work me in and repair the leak within 6 hours of me calling to schedule an appointment! On top of that, I thought the price was very fair considering the work that had to be done. I highly recommend Tyler and will call again when I need any plumbing done in the future.

These guys are absolutely incredible! They’re honest, upfront, and get the job done right the first time. A lot of folks will bait and switch you. Their advertisement will tell you what you want to hear just to get them in the door. But these guys are exactly what they say they are. You can trust that they will do what they say they’ll do when they’re going to do it. I couldn’t be more happy with Buddy The Plumber in Chattanooga, Tennessee!!
