Fix & Flow Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. They were able to get me a same-day appointment and arrived quickly. My technician, Mike, was professional, reasonably priced, and took the time to explain my options clearly so I could make the best decision without feeling pressured. The work was done efficiently and with care. I highly recommend Fix & Flow Plumbing and will definitely use them again.
The guys who handled the job were professional, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciated how clear they were about every step of the process — no guesswork, no surprises. Their skill and attention to detail made everything feel effortless. It’s rare to find service that’s both fast and trustworthy, especially on a holiday. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I’ll definitely call them again if anything else goes wrong. They turned a stressful situation into an easy, smooth experience.
Fix and Flow was recommended on the Candler Park Neighbors website. We were very happy with the thoroughness and quality of repairs and updates performed on our kitchen sink plumbing, faucet, drains, and fixes to cabinetry due to long term water damage. Our plumber Kendall was highly experienced and knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions up front and throughout the project. We opted to pay more to have quality work done and for turnkey solutions made possible by their partners in carpentry. The new setup was upgraded to code and even used innovative models according to company owner’s high standards. Isaac the business mgr was transparent each step of the way with scheduling. We are really pleased with the workmanship and care that went into the entire project and won’t hesitate to recommend Kendall and Fix and Flow to our friends and neighbors!
I did not use fix and flow plumbing, but I did get a quote. So this is not a review of their work but of their pricing. I was quoted over $400 in labor to replace a waste disposal. That's double what most other people quoted. All my other quotes were between $100 (handyman) to $210 (fully licensed and insured plumbing firm). I point this out because other reviews say he saved them money. This company is very professional, and very responsive (as they were in my phone interaction). However their pricing is much higher than competitors.
I normally wouldn’t leave a review for a business I only received a quote from, but I think this is worth sharing so others can do their due diligence. I was quoted $4,000 to replace a water heater—and then charged a $90 fee just for that quote. The price felt extremely high, and when I questioned it, the manager insisted it was “fair” but also said he could lower it. The whole interaction felt more like negotiating for a used car than getting a straightforward service estimate. For context, I wasn’t dealing with an emergency—I was simply trying to be proactive and replace a 15-year-old unit. I ended up calling another reputable company, which provided a free quote and completed the full replacement for $2,200, including hauling away the old unit. Just something to be aware of when comparing options.
An outstanding company! A few days ago I called the company to inquire about service, specifically to see if it's standard to "clean and sanitize" the spa tub. I spoke to Stephen, and he said they could do it, but it's typically not a standard service. I liked that he was able to give me a quote, but he also confirmed that what I was doing (pouring bleach and running the jets) should be good enough as long as there weren't the typical sediment. So I asked if he could follow up in the morning, which he did! Based on our situation at the time, I decided that I wasn't going to need them, but then something happened and about 30 minutes later I noticed unexpected brown spots all over my ceiling and desperately needed someone to come out that same day. I called the company a few times because a major event was about to occur and I had to get something in motion quick. I was panicking. Stephen called back shortly and he said he would do what he could to get someone out there the same day, but that it may be the next day. A little while later, I got a text informing me of an appointment and that Anthony would be there. I was so amazed at how responsive the company was! As I was waiting, I read some reviews previously about Anthony, and everyone is right! He is GREAT! He is very professional and while my kids were screaming and making so much noise, he kept calm almost like he blocked the noise out! It was an incredible skill! The other guy, Bryce, was pretty amazing too! I later learned that my little one threw a stuffed animal at him. I'm so sorry Bryce! Anthony and Bryce didn't do anything excessive and told me options and estimates. They were very upfront about the services and costs and making sure I understood what the options were. They gave a few options that could be the problem and options to solve the problem and costs. I posted a similar review on Google, and I mentioned that I wish they would have left a business card. Joel responded to my review and this evening he showed up with a magnet in a sealed envelope! I was shocked and certainly touched by how great this company really is. Joel, thank you for taking the time to deliver a really nice magnet to my soon to be, hopefully, sold house! I can't thank these guys enough for helping us out when it mattered the most! THANK YOU SO MUCH Stephen, Anthony, Bryce, Joel, and the ladies that I spoke to on the phone!
Fix & Flow was prompt, professional, and easy to schedule — no complaints there. The technician showed up on time and was knowledgeable. However, the pricing gave me serious pause. I needed a standard 40-gallon electric water heater replacement in a condo unit. Fix & Flow quoted $3,825 installed. I got a second opinion and had the identical scope of work completed by another licensed plumber for $1,989 — same quality unit, same warranty. Basically double the cost for the same job. They also charged me $625 for the service call (work that took under an hour) to cap off two lines and restore cold water to the unit since I didn't use them for the new water heater due to the outrageous price. When I asked for an itemized breakdown to understand the pricing, the manager declined and said they only do flat-rate pricing because "that's just how it works." When I pressed, noting that the water heater itself costs well under $1,000, leaving over $2,800 in labor and markup — he said their prices reflect the technician's "$150,000 work truck and nice uniforms" and seemed frustrated that I was asking for transparency. I chose Fix & Flow because so many reviews mention reasonable pricing, which made this experience especially surprising. The service itself was professional, but I'd strongly encourage getting a second quote before committing to any major work here.
Very trust worthy plumbers. I've used them on multiple occasions for various jobs (small and big) and every time they have exceeded my expectation. The owner is super knowledgeable and Anthony is super friendly and does a great job. We had our trash disposal replaced and Stephen recommended a product based on our needs and it has been absolutely fabulous. It does everything and super quiet and easy to clean. We had our shower heads replaced about 4 years ago with rain fall head with WIFI speaker and /extended handle with adjustable height. We really wasn't sure what we wanted and went with Fix and Flow's recommendation and it has been absolutely wonderful. I still love my shower and our daughters love to use our shower when ever they get a chance. Since then, we have used Fix and Flow to replace our sewer pump for our basement, toilet repair, drain clog, and replacement of our old water heater with tankless water heater. Fix & Flow was super honest, and never tried to sell us something that we did not need. In fact, they told us some of our projects could wait and didn't need immediate attention. I absolutely trust Fix and Flow and will be using them for all my plumbing needs. I'm looking forward to maybe installing water filter system for the house in the future. :)
Fix & Flow originally came through to assess why our toilets stopped flushing. They located the issue with this old house (1961), explained the problems and the solution to us. We set an appointment, they arrived on time, and took care of everything in one day! It was a major septic tank issue and pipe collapse. They were so thorough and professional, that a couple months later when we needed new sinks and toilets, we called them back! Ben and Bryan removed the old and installed the new, fixed the leaks, and even cleaned up everything. These guys got us spoiled! I can not recommend Fix & Flow enough. They'll also follow up with you to make sure everythings running smoothly. I am super happy I chose them. You won't find anyone better than Ben and Bryan! Their professionalism, expertise and outstanding customer service makes them our 'go to' for all our plumbing needs. If it's Plumbing, It's got to be Fix & Flow! If you're lucky enough to get Ben or Bryan, tell them I said 'Hi👋🏽!' ...
I had an excellent experience with Fix&Flow Plumbing. They were incredibly responsive and communicative from the start, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We had an emergency leak over the weekend from an old polybutylene pipe, and after another plumber was unable to locate the source, we called Fix&Flow. Bryan arrived on time and quickly got to work. He was able to locate the leak underneath the slab, trace the problem accurately, and come up with a smart solution. Instead of ripping up our floors and drilling through concrete, he installed isolation valves and sleeved new pipes through the existing polybutylene lines. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and clearly knows his craft. His expertise saved us from what could have been a costly and overwhelming repair. We’re so grateful for the professional, efficient service and highly recommend Fix&Flow Plumbing to anyone in need of honest, skilled plumbing work.
Fix and Flow has been consistent in delivering high-quality work and showing professionalism and care in everything they do. They completed a full sewer line repair for us a couple years ago. I received 3 estimates at the time, and while prices were comparable, they stood out for their thoroughness and clear communication. They took their time and didn't rush the job, even working late into the evening to avoid bad weather coming the next day. While the other companies wanted to break up the driveway, Fix and Flow worked with us on a less invasive option and carefully restored the landscaping afterward. We've used them several times since and have continued to be impressed. They don't push unnecessary services and clearly walk you through different options based on your budget while being upfront about the scope of the issue. They are always patient and respectful when explaining what work needs to be done. So glad I found this company!
Highly recommend Fix & Flow. We worked with them to evaluate a few gas leaks that we identified with the gas company. Chad was the plumber who we worked with. We had an awesome experience with these folks! A few thoughts I wanted to share: - They were SO responsive. We called them Monday morning and they were at our house by 10am ET - Chad was extremely detail oriented and made sure he could reproduce all the issues prior to making a recommendation - They made multiple reasonable recommendations that felt like they had our best interests at heart and we trying to help us with the best possible solution, not the most expensive solution per. We'll be calling Fix & Flow for all our plumbing needs! Love these guys. Chad is also the man - Great service, super friendly, very knowledgeable, excellent professional.
Fix & Flow is a fantastic company to work with! I would trust them to do honest and high quality work of any kind in your home. In the process of selling our house, we found a few issues we wanted to resolve. We had several professionals for other areas (electrical, etc.) but our plumber, Anthony, was by far the best technician of any kind to enter our home. He assessed the problem instantly and fixed the problem quickly. He took safety precautions for Covid-19 very seriously and speaking with him was a pleasure. I made an appointment very easily over the phone with Amber, who is very friendly and warm. Lastly, Stephen, the business owner, will go above and beyond to take care of his customers if there are any questions or concerns. I am sad to move out of their service area!
Our problem: dripping shower head that eventually led to slight flooding. Pros: Chad was our plumber. Very courteous! He assessed the situation was up front with what he needed to do (cut the wall to see why water was coming into my bedroom) and the fees. He found the problem, made sure to involve and show me. He knew his stuff and fixed two issues. $700 Cons: flooding discoverd on Tues, we called all day Wed to get scheduled with no replies (answering service taking msg). Called Thurs morning got 11am appt. Late arrival at 2:45. No communication...we had to keep calling for status. With this line of biz, a timeframe is more realistic and customers appreciate that target more, if it allows the biz to be more accurate.
Michael Lamb did an outstanding job helping us track down a difficult water leak. He was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. What really set him apart was his dedication—he coordinated with all three homeowners involved to properly investigate each unit and pinpoint the source of the issue. After several other companies failed to find the problem, Michael was the only one who successfully identified it in a couple of hours. He also provided a clear, detailed report outlining his findings and the next steps for repair, which was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Fix & Flow (Michael Lamb) to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable leak detection company.
