Matt and David were awesome. Matt explained everything perfectly, gave advice and recommended additional service which we needed to do anyway. They were respectful of the property, super friendly and real down to earth good guys. The customer service was excellent and the install went flawlessly.

Eric was outstanding from start to finish. He walked in cool, calm, collected and clearly knew his craft. New sink needed faucet, disposal, dishwasher hookup — everything was installed cleanly, tested under pressure, and left bone-dry. He explained what mattered, caught details before they became issues, and didn’t rush even with the holiday clock ticking. We got everything knocked out in time for the holidays, which made my wife very happy — and normally I don’t like plumbers doing that, but I’ll make an exception this time. Big thanks to Eric for a smooth, stress-free install and a kitchen that’s ready to be used again.

Andrea was very quick reaching out within the time I had to try typing in a number to call after submitting an online Home Depot request. She was very helpful. Robert and Claudio were pleasant to work with. Robert was very informative of the process, what was wrong with my old water heater (all the leaks and my shutoff not working) Claudio did great work adding a new stop and putting in a 45 degree turn for the gas pipe as well. Will be recommending this company to friends/family and will recommend to future customers of mine that are in need while I am assisting them with their water mitigation needs if they need a water heater.

Do not rely on this plumbing company for accurate installation and competitive pricing. They have a higher price for installation of a low grade water heater compared to other companies in Elgin area for even top end brands. The city inspector wanted to only do a partial approval after seeing that there was no drain from the condensation port of the power blower especially with their lack of downward venting to the outside. A Dixie cup showed adequate condensation. They were extremely difficult with customer service. After several plumbing recommendations on top of the inspector there needs to have a drainage tube from the condensation port especially when the drain is so close to the tank and how simple it would be. With condensation now in spring weather means that when it’s colder this will affect the electric blower. I recommend finding another company for better product and installation pricing. I am not looking forward for any future services if issues come up and will not use the company for anything else regarding plumbing.

Why this truck is parked in my spot ? No one asked me for permission. Why this truck is behind the apartments where trucks aren't allowed to come in due to weight and asphalt damage. Did any one or your driver asked if he can come in behind the building and just park in random spot ? Very professional 👌🏻🫩
