Robert and Christian just the completed the installation of a new water heater and with the addition of a hot water recirculation system. Good guys, excellent work. I half-joked that they should give a TED Talk on customer service—they’re that good. After our AC failed during the hottest part of August, TR Miller had a technician at our home in under 45 minutes. Marvin G. was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He clearly explained every measurement and diagnosis and took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue. Given the age and condition of our system, we decided it was time for a full replacement. Enter Karen O., our Comfort Consultant, who was an absolute pleasure to work with! She walked us through system options, sizing, efficiency ratings, tax incentives, and financing with zero pressure. She even recalculated our needs and recommended a slightly smaller furnace for the first floor—proof she was focused on what was right for us, not upselling. She helped us choose a system that fit both our home and our budget. Installation day was impressive. In one day, the crew removed two furnaces, two AC units, and two humidifiers and replaced them with high-efficiency, state-of-the-art equipment, plus air scrubbers and a whole-house dehumidifier. The workmanship was exceptional—everything was clean, precise, and beautifully laid out. The system honestly looks like artwork. Huge shout-out to the installation team: Steve S, Nick L, Eduardo R, Derek D, David L, and Jocki S. They were professional, respectful of our home, and incredibly skilled. Jocki even corrected a poorly designed water shut-off configuration at no extra charge—just one example of how TR Miller’s pricing is truly all-inclusive, with no surprises. Karen stopped by during the install to check on progress, brought the crew lunch, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. At the end of the day, the team thoroughly explained the system, set up the thermostats, and made sure we were comfortable operating everything. The result: noticeably better comfort, improved air quality, and peace of mind. TR Miller combines the expertise of a large company with the care and accountability you hope for from a small one! I give TR Miller my highest recommendation and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
