Erlin was fantastic! He actually took the time required to diagnose the issue (where previous plumbers did not) and address the true problem. He was professional, respectful, and effectively communicated the details surrounding the problem and provided tips for future plumbing health. I highly recommend Erlin and will definitely be using him again in the future!

I scheduled a plumber to come out and had a few questions after booking the appointment. I called back simply to understand what the technician planned to do since I had already had the line rodded a few months ago and didn’t want to just repeat the same service without understanding the approach. Unfortunately, whoever answered the phone was extremely dismissive. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking and had a noticeable attitude. I wasn’t trying to be difficult — I was just asking basic questions about the service. Instead of listening, she kept saying they couldn’t tell me anything over the phone and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences. Because of that interaction, I immediately canceled my appointment. Good customer service starts with listening to the customer. Losing business simply because someone won’t take a moment to hear a question is disappointing.

Roto rooter is a scam... they dont do any work... Im the president of a condo association... called them for a boiler issue the man didnt do a thing... looked at the hot water heater and told me it was old and probably out of warranty and it would be 15k to replace... I even asked like you didnt even look at it.. you arent telling me whats broken just that it old and broke... well I can see that... he made a call to the company about warranty... wrote his paper for the 75 dollar fee and left... did nothing for 75 bucks Nothing

First service a few months ago left me happy, issue got taken care of right away. Appt was made and tech was there within the estimated time frame. The work was done quick and efficiently. Recently i had some plumbing issues and immediately thought to call them. Scheduled an appointment same day within the hour, the tech was dispatched- i waited 2 1/2 hours before calling for an update and being told there is issues with travel and they cant make it in, thats fine, i reschedule for next day, wait over an hour and a half before calling for an update, was told to hold on a bit more. An hour later they call to reschedule that the tech cannot come, made for next day in the AM this time instead of PM. Got a call this morning at 7am-(3 hours before my appointment time) to ask if my appointment can be moved up, the tech can be there in the next 30 minutes, i agree, wait, over an hour later, nothing- i call for an update, am told the technician is supposed to be on the way still but nothing. I cancelled the appointment. Ive had to rearange my schedule for 3 days now and ive been able to try things at home to help my plumbing issues. Crying in the club- send help
