Randy did a great job with installing our tankless & water filtration system. We will be calling BP plumbing if we have any issues in the future!

Jullian was the definition of professional and respectful! He was the exact right man for the job! He explained everything clearly and in depth! His workmanship is second to none!! If I ever have another plumbing need I will be calling BP and asking for Jullian personally!!

We received great service from BP Plumbing. The dispatcher on the phone was polite and professional. Julian and Brendan showed up on time, provided constant progress reports and completed a thorough, professional job. We will definitely use BP for any future plumbing needs.

Company is Scamming people that don't know any better. They were called out to connect a tankless heater, that I did not have the correct fittings for, and recently injured myself so I can't do that work. I was not there, they did a walk through of my house and quoted 21k to fix "Issues" like a shower head, complete replumb of the house etc. The thing is, the house is all pex, outside of a few spots in the walls, and copper piping run to the hot water heater, the old piping just wasn't removed. When I called them back they initially tried to tell me they didn't like the electric tankless heaters because the don't last. The one I'm replacing was put in, in 2010 and failed due to debris in the line from work the water company was doing. I'm replacing it with the exact same model, when I argued this point they insisted I should use a tanked electric heater, when I continued to push back they stated that the heater I wanted to use was not up to code and they could not install it. It seems like maybe this is what they should have lead with. Instead they tried to get 21k, then 15k, then 2500, then 900, before stating this fact. I can't tell from my own research if it is actually against code, however, the previous same size, same brand, heater provided more than adequate hot water for almost 15 years without issue. Stay away..... In response to the owner, he did reach out saying he wanted to make it right, but the issue was already resolved and the hot water heater was connected and working. In regard to the other issues listed, none of them were described to me by your team. Nor were any pictures provided to me. There is a pressure regulator on the house and the “tenant” is my room mate. The plumbing was done when the home was remodeled so I have to assume it was correct as it passed an inspection when we purchased the house in 2010.

I had an excellent experience with Ashton and Tyler. They came out to evaluate my Rheem water heater, which was still under warranty and could have been replaced. Instead of pushing one option, they took the time to assess the situation quickly, explain everything clearly, and provide multiple solutions so I could make the best decision for my home. In the end, I chose to upgrade to a gas tankless water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Ashton and Tyler were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was that they even fixed a wax ring on my toilet at no charge, even though they didn’t have to. That level of customer service is hard to find these days and speaks volumes about their character and commitment to their customers. I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company! From start to finish, they absolutely exceeded my expectations in price, service, and professionalism. What was originally planned as a one-day project ended up taking several days due to unforeseen issues — but Casey and Riley handled everything with the best attitude imaginable. Despite the extra time and effort involved, their team stayed positive, respectful, and completely dedicated to getting the job done right. They kept me informed every step of the way, never cut corners, and made sure everything was completed to perfection. Yes, we replaced cast iron pipes in very difficult places to access. Will absolutely use them again!

We had a water leak in the pipe from the meter to the house. The guys came out within 24 hours. Not only did they correct the league they did not tear up the yard to pieces. They only dug out the area that they needed. After the repair They repaired the yard and it looks amazing! Not to mention, they cleaned up the mess where they had to drill into the side of my house. Very little drilling. Very little destruction. And did not leave a speck of dust anywhere in the garage. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and kept me updated on the progress The entire entire time. I would definitely highly recommend Julian and his team!! Thank you, thank you thank you!! No more $400 water bills for us!!!

When you have a leak, but you're not sure exactly where it's coming from, call BP Plumbing. Ashton Kilmer diagnosed the problem, explained service options (if you have an older home, you already know it's going to be more complicated - reduce water pressure, install kitchen angle stops, etc.) and then installed our new kitchen faucet. Great explanation and pictures to explain the scope of work, so we could decide our next steps. Completed job in a few hours as discussed. We'll be asking for Ashton for the next job! Did I mention BP Plumbing responded and kept us informed all the way - great customer service & delivery!

I’ll never call another plumbing service again! From my initial call to the final install, everything was so easy. Braden & Michael came to fix our plumbing issues & put in two new toilets & I’m so happy with the work they did. They called to let me know they were on their way, always showed up on time, didn’t leave any mess behind, & completed the job in the time frame they promised. From my initial contact to the install, only seven days past. They could’ve scheduled me sooner, but I had a conflicting work schedule. I highly recommend using BP Plumbing for your next plumbing need!

One of our 20 yr old water heaters failed over the weekend. I called this morning and Braden arrived just after noon. He diagnosed the problem and provided three solutions. We chose to replace both water heaters. A helper arrived shortly after and work was completed the same day. The project was completed to high standards. Working with this team was a pleasure. They communicated effectively and explained their work, leaving everything clean and removing all waste materials. Highly recommended.

We had a major plumbing issue and most of the plumbers in the Cleveland, TN area were unable to assist the same day. Granted, I understand some businesses are appointment-based only, and also the shortage of plumbers, but BP Plumbing did a fantastic job making their services readily available — they came out, same day. Not only fixed my toilet, but also fixed some damaged pipes — all at a fair price. Ashtyn and Tyler were outstanding and I would highly recommend their services.

Responded quickly to the initial call of a pretty severe leak on the property. They assessed it Friday and were able to bring all the bows and whistles in by Monday to fix it. They got the entire job done in one day! From the initial digging, replacing and filling we were very impressed by BP plumbing and especially Randy & Jude overall! Thanks for being so efficient and friendly you guys, enjoy the Lookouts game! Here's to hoping yall catching a fly ball ⚾️

Braden and Julian did a great job of replacing our leaky main water line. The old one was 60 years old so the decision was made to replace instead of attempting to patch it. They were very communicative throughout the project and took care to minimize the disturbance to our flower beds. Having a new pex line to our house instead of old galvanized pipe is an added bonus. Very happy with the whole process. Would definitely use them again!

I am a retired contractor and as you may expect I don't think much of this newer generation..However after meeting and working with the technician that was sent out I will happily say I was wrong ...This guy was on time ,communicated well, clean ,friendly and he almost made me wanna to go back to work...he was a great reflection on a goo company Ask for this guy...Jillian Ayende
