Brown Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We recently moved here from Chicago and my husband has this Solaire grill and pizza oven both of which have gas hookups. We want to get a blackstone as well but that would mean having a line with 3 valves which is a big ask. We found Brown and set up to get a quote online and in less than a day, I got a phone call back to schedule the appointment. Ron H. came over today to take a look at the project. He was very friendly and personable. He spent a good time looking over the area, taking photos and then explaining what we could expect to get the outcome we wanted. He even suggested how we can configure the appliances we have now to better work once the 3-way gas line was installed. Overall, we are excited to see the finish product. 06-09: Kevin came back after the initial visit in regards to our HVAC. Since we signed up for their shield program, we get a free Spring checkup on our system so we availed of it and I’m so glad we did because he told us that the Freon was low on our condenser and he was able to refill it so that it doesn’t put too much stress on our unit as it cools the house during the summer months. He also installed a Dual UV light system that helps improve the quality of air that circulates inside our home. He did a really good job with the installation and showed us pictures of what was done and explained it to us as well. Overall, it was worth the price to help our health in check.

So to be clear: I never had a service call with a technician from this company. I had to cancel two appointments (my husband finally figured out the draining issue with our shower at the last minute). This review is strictly for the booking process. Their online ordering system is fantastic and easy to understand. They will call you to confirm your appointment the day before. But what I really want to shine a light on is their fantastic CSRs: Danielle was the lady that I spoke to to book the second appointment and she was absolutely fantastic. Very kind and understanding. I'm usually pretty shy on phone calls but she made me feel extremely comfortable with using Brown's and booking an appointment. She was courteous and informative: she let me know my diagnostic fee, my time frame, and how the process worked. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and when we inevitably have to call for a plumber again, I am 100% using Brown's because of her excellent customer service. Thank you so much for making it so easy for me.

I met DJ AND TRENT AT A SERVICE STATION ON 280 yesterday and asked them to help a young girl get her keys out that she locked in her trunk. They worked tirelessly until they were able to get them out. I can’t tell you what gentlemen they were. It took along time and much effort on their part, but they got the job done and I would recommend them to do their job as well as anyone in their field! Thank you so much for all you did!!😊

I can not praise Brown enough. From start to finish they really took care of us. Joe, was so patient as we decided if this was the right move for our house. Jason and his full team yesterday worked so hard. They worked straight through lunch to get our new unit up and working for our family. I felt very taken care of and would recommend working with them. Look at all the people who showed up to get this work done! Thank you Brown!
