Company as a whole seems overpriced but I think that’s all plumbing companies these days. I agree with other ratings saying they need better coordination at the head office with providing time frames to the customers. However, I wanted to specifically leave the 5 stars for my technician that came out to me today when I had a surprise water leak in my front yard. His name was Jeff and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I will try and request him anytime I need a plumber. Please make sure he gets all the recognition possible for fixing my leak today and doing a wonderful job!
