Dane and Brady, reported to the home warranty company that it was not normal wear, in spite of the fact that there was no evidence of misuse, so that the warranty would not cover the replacement in hopes of making more money working independently. I would not recommend this company for home warranty work!”

“Called a few plumbers and these guys. Blue Star was one of the few that didn't have a stupid "pay up front" and "sorry, I can't quote prices over the phone". I needed some quarter turns put in and it's pretty simple (my body doesn't let me do stuff like that anymore so I needed someone to do it.) These guys were great on every front! Casual and professional, courteous and fair. I would absolutely use them again!”
