“I'd like to start by saying the actual work they were hired to do, investigate a backed up main out pipe and de-clog, was fine. They did just that. It's what follows that warrants such harsh criticism. I enjoyed talking to the crew. Very friendly and knowledgeable. That's why I trusted them so much with the advice that would turn to bite me near immediately. We didn't hit any debris until well past my property …”
