We needed an urgent sewer drain clean-up and were very impressed that your office was able to schedule a same-day appointment for us. Your technician, Noah, was excellent. He was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Thank you for the prompt and effective service.

Mike pack was very courteous and professional. He had the toilet fixed in record time. He tested it several times to make sure everything was working properly. He explained the problem and how he was fixing it. Excellent work and reasonable price.

Although we were told through text message that the time window for our service was 8-10 am, tech arrived after 11:00. We called when there was no communication and we were told window was 8-12.? Regardless, Kelsey, our tech, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Our under warranty water heater was replaced (due to leaking tank) and Kelsey was patient/thorough at answering all our questions. He promised to follow through with all documentation about the new warranty. We also appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing standing by their warranty service and making the catastrophe (a leaking water heater, wood floors and no hot water) as smooth a transition as possible.
