Set up an appointment early appointment between 8 and 11 on a Monday for Friday. Received a text reminder Thursday the day before that my appointment was from 10-1, no big deal ok! Waited until 3:05 Friday afternoon and called to see if they were coming out …”
“Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the …”
“I would give 0 stars if it were an option. We were scammed and misdirected by both Pure Plumbing and Brigham Restoration. In the middle of June we found signs of leaking outside the house and in some sparse areas of the utility room and found more leakage in July. The leaking was not significant, and the water meter didn't show any change, however we wanted to address this issue before it progressed. We found Pure …”
